Welcome to Villa Black Reef (casa Bajo Negro) something a bit different, a one off build right by the sea, so no concrete estates here! Just relax, listen to the waves and enjoy. This is a superb, modern luxury detached villa. It is located in an unbeatable position one row from the sea and only 2 minutes walk to the start of the fabulous Dunas beaches. The roof terrace is huge and enjoys panoramic sea views over to the neighbouring islands of Los Lobos and Lanzarote. The varied attractions of the popular resort of Corralejo are also within walking distance.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Prices are for up to 8 people.
Changeover day
Normally: Wednesdays until 3 September 2008. Saturdays from 13 September 2008 - but there are periods when this may be flexible. Changeover times are 10am depart and 2pm arrive, though we do try to accommodate guests' flight timings.

Independent Italian designer kitchen. Very well equipped with everything needed for a luxurious self catering holiday. Included is an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave,
washing machine and a fridge/freezer. |

Leading from the kitchen is an attractive breakfast room with informal seating, with plate glass window and views over the garden. |

There is a large beautifully decorated living room with soft leather sofas, large flat screen TV with full UK channels and satellite TV. Attractive high sloping wooden ceiling and large patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. It has a ceiling fan. |

Outside
The outdoor area of this villa is maximised by being on 2 levels. To the sea front of this villa is a large 8m x 4m heated pool which is accessed by Roman steps. A feature of this pool is the insulating cover which keeps the temperature above 25C. Surrounding the pool is the spacious sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds and a shaded table and chairs.
There is a large brick build BBQ and colourful Andalusian style patio dining table for 8 people. A separate table and chairs is situated to the rear of the villa. A raised wooden decking area on the patio gives beautiful views of the sea. The villa is surrounded by a high wall which ensures a good level of privacy when sunbathing.
A stairway at the side of the villa leads to the spectacular secluded roof terrace with seating. From here guests can enjoy private sunbathing and take in the dramatic sea views over to the islands of Lanzarote and Lobos round to Corralejo port. Watch the boats and surfers from this grandstand position.
Coast/Beach
Corralejo Bay is without any doubt the finest beach location in Fuerteventura and probably in the whole of the Canary Islands! The coastal path leading to Corralejo town to the left and the fabulous dunes beaches to the right is accessed via a locked gate at the side of the pool. For clients preferring a footpath the main street in Corralejo is 20 minute stroll with plenty of watering holes on the way.
Travel
The villa is located 30-40 mins from the airport, just off the excellent main road into Corralejo. A taxi rank is located at the airport arrivals area. Alternatively our management team can organise transfers, or why not hire a car – the roads are quiet away from the capital. Local travel is easy - by foot, bus, taxi or hire a car.
Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 per week is payable within 5 working days. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. We cannot be held liable for any local building works. Please don't forget to arrange travel insurance
