This magnificent villa has a high standard throughout. The villa has mature gardens offering shaded areas, ideal for getting out of the sun. The large living/dinning room is furnished in hard wood furniture, with two double luxury leather sofas , a Sony satellite TV, DVD player and an exquisite dining table and chairs. There is a specious kitchen which is equipped to a very high standard. The large heated swimming pool is complemented by a wonderful sun terrace area equipped with sun beds, table and chairs. There is also a large built in BBQ for your enjoyment. Villa Mayfair has breathtaking views of the ocean and mountain range. The owners live locally and are on hand 24 hrs. For all arrivals we include a Welcome Pack.

Villa Mayfair is located in a prestige neighbourhood in Callao Salvaje. Villa is a 5 minutes walk to the main area of hotels, bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, shops, etc. The villa is just a 10 minutes drive from well known Adeje Golf Course and the Abama Golf Club. The resort does have late night bars with plenty of entertainment.

Outside
Villa Mayfair has a large private heated swimming pool 6.6mx 4m with roman style steps that lead into the pool. Our large terrace provides both sun bathing and shaded areas during the day. 6 sunbeds and large table with 8 chairs are there for yor enjoyments. The villa has a well maintain mature garden with tropical trees and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
Villa Mayfair is a 5-8 minutes walk from the coast and main area of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
Callao Salvaje has some late night bars with plenty entertainment.
The villa is just a 10 minutes drive from Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
Golf
Recently opened Abama Golf Club is only 10 minutes drive from the Villa Mayfair. Abama Golf Club brings Tenerife into golf's global arena. Dave Thomas the designer of the best courses worldwide has created unique golfing paradise. The lowest point of the course is 40m above sea level and the highest is 340m. Features like ground marble bunkers define the quality and prestige of a golf course.
Also well know Adeje Championship Golf Course is only 8-10 minutes drive away. We highly recommend both golf course as they are the best on Tenerife. The Villa is a easy driving distance of 4 more courses.
Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) which is about a 25 minutes drive away. Many taxis are available at the airport which will cost about 30 euros each way.
Distances
The busy towns of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 10 km away. Taxi cost abaut 12 euros each way.
There is a nearby taxi rank and bus stop from the villa.
Further details
The owners of the property live a few minutes drive away. We are on hand 24/7 and we will deal with any unforseen matters that may arrise.
We also maintain our property on weekly basis. You will be greated by myself or my wife on arrival to be shown around our villa and any advice regarding restaurants, golf, places to see, waterparks, etc.
We have lived on Tenerife over 8 years and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please bear in mind we are here to help you organize champagne for your anniversaries, flowers and anything else you may need.
Booking notes
We require a £150 deposit to be paid to our account to guarantee booking. Balance can be paid by the above ways 8 weeks prior arrival date or pay cash on arrival in sterlings, euros or travellers cheques.
