Changeover day
If on the day of vacating the premises we have new arrivals we would ask for you to vacate by 10:30. If there is no other guests arriving that day you can vacate when ready to leave for airport. You will have to check this with key holders during stay.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is not provided, although the apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. We provide clean bedlinen on stays of over 7 days, and provide bath towels and beach towels. Also provided is hair dryer and iron. |
Notes on accommodation
Apartment is safe for children and has safe sun terrace. Also has room fans in bedroom and living room. There is also a security gate fitted on the front door of apartment.
Outside
Property has shared pools, sunny terrace with barbecue and sun loungers which can be used around pool. Has table and chairs with large umbrella on the terrace. This property has key holders on site.
Travel
The main airport is Tenerife south, around 20mins drive in taxi this will cost around 25 euros each way. If more convenient there is a private car which will pick you up from airport and also take you back for a fixed rate of 20 euros each way. All amenities are within walking distance but again if you would prefer to explore Tenerife and go on day trips there is a private car and driver available. If you do prefer to use private car and driver please let us know when booking.
Distances
We are situated in Playa de Las Americas and only takes a short walking time of around 5 minutes to the main areas. The airport takes 20 minitues by car and is roughly 15 miles.
Further details
Shops and restaurants are all close by. There is also 24-hr supermarkets nearby and buses available which will take you to to other parts of Tenerife. There is a bus stop opposite this complex which will take you to Los Cristianos.
