Notes on prices
Notes to the rental rates: Tariff rates are for up to 4 persons staying in the villa. There is a charge of £98 for every extra person per week, up to 10. Christmas and New Year are just the one price of £1950 per week. A £200 per week deposit payable on confirmation of bookings. Infants under 2 are free and our guests Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
Please note that all guests should have holiday insurance.
We accept credit cards Visa or Mastercard for payment with paypal.
Changeover day
Thursday. Bookings are from Thursday 2pm to Thursday 10am.

Outside
The full sized electrically heated pool with large south facing private sunbathing terrace is furnished with comfortable sun beds. Leading from the terrace is the dining area providing that 'al fresco' dining experience. Outdoor shower. A large 7 seater hot tub Jacuzzi is on the terrace for that soothing and relaxing soak and Hydroair massage.
Coast/Beach
Lanzarote the sun-kissed easterly island of the Canaries is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by north eastern trade winds and the warm Canarian stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resort is in the centre of the island and the most popular resort being Puerto Del Carmen with over 5km of golden sand, rocky divides and palm trees. Only a five minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Carmen, Villa Del Vista can be found.
Golf
Just 2 mins from the villa is a brand new 18 hole golf course under construction making this the second course on the island Lanzarote. The existing golf course is situated in Costa Teguise a 15 min car journey away.
Travel
We can arrange competitively priced car hire during your holiday with the largest and most reputable car rental company here in Lanzarote. Prices are from 144 euros per week for an Opel Corsa to 470 euros per week 9 seater Opel Vivaro. Prices include unlimited milage, fully comprehensive insurance and local taxes. Vehicles can be collected and returned to airport. Offices in the airport The distance from the airport is 9km (about 10 mins). We can also arrange pick up and return to the airport

Villa del Vista is ideally situated in the exclusive area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen. Take a leisurely stroll from the villa and you will find a sandy cove ideal for snorkelling, swimming and scuba diving. Continue along the coastal path to the delightful, picturesque old town with its amazing variety of quality local and international restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the newly constructed Biosfera shopping centre. Do not miss our fabulous Marina at Puerto Calero, just 3 km away!
