Changeover day
We require the property to be vacated by 10am on the last day, later if the villa is not booked for the following week. The villa will be ready for new arrivals at 3pm.

Linen and towels (not beach towels) are included. These are changed and the villa cleaned weekly. Mid-week cleans are available upon request at a charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is situated in a quiet area and has big gardens with stunning views of the volcanoes. Suitable for children, highchairs, cots, etc can be hired with prior arrangement.

Accessibility
There is one step up to the villa from any of the doors.
Outside
The gardens offer a peaceful environment to be enjoyed by day or night with terraces and garden furniture for al fresco dining as well as a sun lounging/play area. The villa also offers private, off-road parking.
Coast/Beach
The villa is just 3 minutes by car to Corralejo's beaches, a 7 minute drive to the fabulous Corralejo dunes and a 12 minute drive to the diverse beaches at El Cotillo.
Whether you like calm waters for safe bathing and snorkelling or waves and wind for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing, these can be found in either Corralejo or El Cotillo.
Courses in surfing, scuba diving, wind or kite surfing are all available locally.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Caleta de Fuste, 40 minutes by car. This excellent golf course hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. Corralejo has a driving range.
(Other amenities in Caleta include the Atlantico Commercial Centre for shopping and activities such as bowling or the cinema, the beach or a 5* spa at the Sheraton, ensuring there's something for all).
Travel
The villa is a 30 minute drive approximately from the airport. It is advisable but not essential to hire a car as La Capellania is on a regular bus route and is served by taxis - taxi from Corralejo cost about 5 euros and the bus costs 1.10 euros. If you like exploring, hiring a car provides you with more freedom and is not expensive on Fuerteventura.

Caleta de Fuste: 40 mins drive, golf course, spas, shopping, beach, etc
La Lajita: 1 hour, zoo, botanical gardens, a camel ride with great views!
Further details
Corralejo provides a wealth of shops, banks, bars and restaurants with all cuisines available. Annual hosts of the World Wind and Kite Surfing Championships, Fuerteventura is a fabulous spot for enthusiasts and also provides good surfing and scuba opportunities. If you are a photographer or a hiker, Fuerteventura has many unspoilt locations and provides many stunning vistas and wonderful photographic opportunities. Just remember to take plenty of water with you!
Booking notes
A deposit of 150 euros is required at the time of booking and the full balance will be required 5 weeks prior to arrival date. The deposit will be returned after the holiday has been taken. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
