There are two pools with sun loungers. The larger one has an extensive sun terrace, ideal for sun worshippers. There is also a friendly poolside bar serving a wide range of snacks and hot meals throughout the day and evening. The apartment is on the third floor and is easily reached via stairs or the two lifts in the complex. The complex is ideally located, a 5 minute walk to the town centre and just 15 minutes from the seafront. The complex is also close to many of the finest restaurants in the area along with a wide selection of shops and bars.

Changeover day
No preferred changeover days as there are numerous flights to Tenerife - Tell us the days you are travelling and we will fit in.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels (1 bath & hand towel pp) on arrival. These are changed on a weekly basis (please bring your own beach towels). The apt will be cleaned once you have vacated ready for our next guests. |

Notes on accommodation
The balcony has a patio table and lounger chairs with a large canopy. Lovely to sit out and enjoy those sunny days and lovely views with a glass (or two) of wine!
Accessibility
The complex has 2 lifts making it easy for access to/from the apartment. The poolside area and throughout the complex is whelchair friendly.
Outside
The complex benefits from two beautiful pools where sunbeds are provided free of charge. Also the friendly poolside bar offers a good selection of drinks and food throughout the day until early evening.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a pleasant 15 minute walk.
Golf
There are 4 excellent championship courses in Southern Tenerife. All are within 10/15 minutes drive of the apartment.
Travel
Tenerife sur airport is approx 15 minutes by car.
Distances
Los Cristianos centre is approx 10 minutes walk. The main beach and promenade 15 minutes away.
Further details
There is an excellent choice of bars and restaurants literally on your door step. All very reasonable. Also good value supermarkets and money exchanges close by.
