Casa Alainda is a spacious detached villa located in the exclusive area of Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca. The villa has an open plan design and is tastefully furnished to a high standard with the well fitted kitchen having all built in appliances. The 7.5 x 3.5 m private heated swimming pool has a roman end with gentle steps. The sun terraces and pool area are set in gardens and are completely private. There is ample parking at the villa including a private driveway. The centre of Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive away and the stunning Rubicon Marina with it's designer shops, up-market restaurants and bars is a 15 minute walk along the scenic coastal walkway. The beautiful Papagayo Beaches are 10 minute walk. Over 30% of our bookings are return visitors.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes (with safe) and ample drawer space. There is an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds and extensive fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have the benefit of floor standing electric fans. |

2 full bathroom suites with bidet, bath and shower over, vanity units with basins set in marble (twin basins in en-suite), large mirrors with lighting over and shaver sockets. Hairdryers in both bathrooms. |
| Kitchen: |
The well equipped fitted kitchen has black granite worktops and built in appliances including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, halogen hob, fan assisted oven and extractor. All essential cooking/dining equipment is also provided. |
| Utility Room: |
Utility room has an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: |
Lovely bright open plan room. Well furnished with L-shaped sofa, light beech dining suite and furnishings. Television with Sky satellite, radio, cassette and CD and DVD players and a selection of CDs/DVDs. |

The villa also has the benefit of an additional completely enclosed solana which is an absolute sun trap and is furnished with an additional patio table and chairs. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and bedding is provided (please provide your own beach towels). The villa is cleaned and linen changed weekly. The pool is also cleaned weekly. |

Outside
Lovely 7.5 x 3.5 m private heated swimming pool with roman end and gentle steps. Outside shower. There is a covered patio area with stylish table and chairs and barbecue for al-fresco dining. A further pool side sun terrace with 4 reclining sun loungers with comfortable quality mattresses. The garden is well laid out and has stunning mountain views and is completely private.
Coast/Beach
A 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Papagayo, thought to be the best on the island. There are also good beaches in Playa Blanca.
Golf
A golf course (Campo del golf) is located on the outskirts of Costa Teguise which is approximately 40 minutes drive away.
Travel
The villa is about half an hour drive from Arrecife airport. Although taxis are in abundance we would recommend hiring a car to explore the island. All the major car hire companies operate at the airport. There is a comprehensive information pack in the villa with suggestions for days out, activities and recommended restaurants in the area.
Distances
Playa Blanca with its good selection of restaurants and shops is a 5 minute drive away. The newly built Rubicon Marina is appoximately 1 mile away. Lanzarote is a small island only 35 miles long and 14 miles wide with reasonable roads which makes exploring the places of interest relatively easy.
Further details
Las Coloradas is an exclusive development. On the doorstep is a recently completed development including a children's adventure play area, bar, ice cream parlour, a few local craft shops and two excellent restaurants. There are two hotels closeby and non-residents are welcome to use their facilities.
Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of £100 to be paid at time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

We had a lovely relaxing time and the villa was wonderful. We would like to go back if we can find the time next winter.
We would like you to book the villa for us again - villa is beautiful, clean and comfy and the pool in the words of our daughter is Fab. We got exactly what we went for as most of our days were spend at the villa and pool.
Once again everything we expected. Villa is just what we needed for a relaxing holiday - will be back as soon as we can. Thanks again for a fantastic time.
