Our one bedroom apartment is situated in Torviscas. The beautiful beach of Fanabe and Puerto Colon is only a 5 minute easy walk from our apartment where you have all you need for a busy and exciting hoilday. The apartment itself is in a superb location. The living area is very spacious, with balcony. The bedroom is spacious and also has a balcony that compliment the whole apartment. The sun shines all day onto the balconies.

Changeover day
The departure and arrival times are flexible, so there is no hurry to leave on day of departure. This is flexible according to the bookings of the apartment. Please ask when making your booking.

Notes on accommodation
No-smoking in apartment for pleasure of guests and insurance purposes. The front door has a security grill. This is useful when front door is open and the grill door is shut over (certainly good for an evening breeze to flow through apartment). Strictly no pets. Important - I do not take responsibility for any loss, injury, or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you or any member of your party while staying in our apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling. You are responsible for all members of your party. Please note: prices and dates may be subject to immediate change at the owner's discretion.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Playa Fanabe and Puerto Colon are only minutes walk. The new tiled walkway runs from the front of our apartment to the beachfront, this continues along the coast all the way to Los Cristianos. There are plenty of beach activities and nightlife or you can just sit back and relax on one of our balconies.
Travel
Tenerife South airport is approx 15-minutes travel to our apartment by taxi. We offer a pick-up service to and from the airport if required (please enquire when booking). With shops, restaurants etc; being so close at hand, some of which are 24 hour including the chemist and supermarket. To save on the taxi fares the main bus route that will take you anywhere on the island starting from 1 euro is outside our apartment complex.

Playa Fanabe 0.5 mile (easy walking distance). Peurto Colon 0.5 mile. Playa de las Americas 1.5 miles (within walking distance). Los Cristianos 3 miles. Airport 15 miles (taxi or bus available). Or call for pickup/drop off prices.
Further details
The main bus route for the island is outside the Mareverde complex. Taxis are in abundance. 24 hour Supermarket and Chemist across the road. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Please ask at reception for information on excursions. The complex has a wireless broadband connection. So feel free to take your laptop with you. We have 2 private balconies that compliment our apartment, all with relevant furniture. There are 6 main pools within this complex which include cascading waterfalls from one pool to the next, which also flow into baby pools. You have a small private garden leading into the apartment. The complex itself has a lovely feel to it as you walk through it due to the pools flowing from one to the next. There are sunbeds, a pool bar which serves snacks etc; From reception you can book a variety of excursions. Please feel free to ask the people at reception who are Spanish but speak very good English, and are very friendly.
