This fantastic three bedroom detached holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the 'millionaires playground' of Las Americas. There are amazing views across the sea to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The villa is a less than a 10 minute stroll from the beaches and marina at Puerto Colon where you can take fishing and sight seeing trips or participate in the many water sports that are available. It is also close to the Water Park (Aqualand) and Shopping areas in Las Americas. At the Port you can follow the Geranium Walkway, a lovely sea front walk, which leads right all the way to La Caleta or left all the way to Los Cristianos! The nightlife of Tenerife is on the doorstep and it’s your choice on whether to have a quiet relaxing holiday enjoying the private swimming pool and stunning views, or to have a lively time enjoying all that Las Americas has to offer. The new Siam Theme Park is due to open shortly. The Villa is 5 mins from the Entrance to the park!

Outside
The property is a detached villa and has private maintained gardens and a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. There are two outside dining areas, one in the garden area, the other at the side of the swimming pool - both with seating for six people. There is a large terrace on the upper floor offering stunning views across the ocean and resort.
The swimming pool can be heated in the winter months.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is a 10 min stroll from the Villa. The marina at Puerto Colon, also a 10 min walk away, has day trips and charters, including fishing trips and trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.
There is a lovely sea front walk (the Geranium Walkway), which leads from Puerto Colon, right to the Marina, Bobo (La Pinta) Beach, onto Playa Del Duque and La Caleta, or left through the main shopping areas of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resort of Los Cristianos.
Golf
The villa is ideally situated within a short taxi/car ride (15-20 mins) to 5 golf courses within or adjoining the resort.
Travel
Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) airport is a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the villa (cost approximately 20 Euros). Car Hire is not required, however there are numerous car hiring agents available in the resort if required.

Distances
Sightseeing trips are available from numerous agents in the resort to Mount Teide (the highest mountain in Spain) as well as to other towns and areas of interest around Tenerife. There is a water park (Aqualand) a short 5 min walk from the villa.
Further details
Tenerife is a unique island with excellent weather all year round. This villa is in an excellent location and offers an unique alternative to 4 and 5 star hotel accommodation. Shops, bars, restaurants and banks are within walking distance and you have a choice on whether to have a lively action packed holiday or a relaxing quiet one. If you enjoy dining out there are many fabulous restaurants in the resort - a list of recommendations will be provided on booking!
