Villa on the Fuerteventura Golf Course, home of the Canaries Open in 2004. The villa has been furnished to the highest standard and being in the front row of La Colina has great views out to the Atlantic and over to the Golf Course. The property is within a gated garden area making it very safe for young children. Guests have use of the large communal pool area which has sun loungers, WC, showers and a separate child’s pool. The beach, bars, restaurants and large Atlantico Shopping Centre are a 15 minute walk away, or you can use the free courtesy coach service which runs throughout the day (except for the afternoon siesta period!) which runs from the 5* Golf Hotel/Clubhouse which is only five minutes walk away. The property can sleep up to 6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant and has cable TV via satellite and a Playstation 2. The villa is ideal from both family and golf holidays or just great for those that want to get away and enjoy the sunny climate!

If you wish to make a booking for 4 weeks or more please enquire as a discount may be available. Prices quoted above are for upto 4 guests, additonial guests available at a small charge per person per week. Please enquire (maximum of 7 people). Travel cot available for your usage no additonal cost.
Changeover day
Mostly the change over day is a Wednesday or a Saturday although this can be flexible. Normal arrival time should be after 4pm and departure time should be at 10am (again this is flexible if there are no outgoing/incoming guests).

All bedlinen and bath towels are provided. We ask all guests to bring their own beach towels. We have a travel cot at the property. Maid service is on weekly basis (additional cleans are available at extra cost - payable locally). |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideal for 2 families as the 3rd. bedroom is located on the ground floor and has bathroom next door. The house is within gated area so very safe for young children. There is 24 hour a day security at the golf course.

Outside
The large terrace area has a brick built BBQ with a large wooden table that will seat up to 8 people. There are sun loungers with cushions for your use. The garden area is now mature and is maintained on a weekly basis. On the back wall of the house there is a large airer for your use.
Coast/Beach
There is a safe bathing beach located in front of the Atlantico Shopping Centre with is just over 1 km from the house. The main beach of caleta is another 1km away. From the main beach you can Jet Ski, Windsurf (Tuition available) and take a trip out on the sea for the day with many different options available.
Golf
The villa is located on the first golf course in Fuerteventura. The course hosted the 2004 Spanish Open and is 6069m long from the men's championship tees. It is an 18 hole course with 2 loops of nine holes both starting and finishing at the clubhouse. There are 3 large lakes with a stream that meanders between them. There is a practise area which has a 50 bay driving range and professional tuition is available in various languages. Buggies, trolleys and two classes of clubs can be hired.
There is another 18 hole golf course ‘Las Salinas’ located next door to the Golf Resort which has practise area and Clubhouse which enjoys good ambience.
Due to the wonderful climate in Fuerteventura you really can play golf 365 days a year.
Travel
The nearest airport is Puerto del Rosario which is 8km from the house (10 euros) in a taxi. Collection from the airport can be arranged (cost payable locally). Car hire not essential but would recommend if you wish to see more of this beautiful island.
Distances
Nearest beach, shop, bars, restaurants are just over 1km away. Main town of Caleta 2km from villa.
Courtesy coach service runs throughout the day and evening, service available from Golf Hotel/Clubhouse.
Further details
In the Atlantico centre there is a Sol Bank which has English speaking staff. There is a selection of restaurants to cater for your needs. Chinese, Pizza, Spanish and an Ice cream parlour. If you wish to take trips the Tourventura office in town can arrange this for you. They offer trips to Lanzarote, The water park/dunes, the botanical gardens and also the Islands Zoo.
Booking notes
£150 deposit should be made at time of booking, balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. (This deposit is non refundable) Whilst we do not take a security deposit we hope that all guests will look after the property and should there be any breakages/damage the guests will replace the broken items ensuring the following guests do not suffer any inconvenience.
We advise all guest to take out full travel insurance prior to their visit as we do not cover loss, injury or any other liabilities.
