A spacious, professionally refurbished property ideally located in a quiet area with 24 hour security. All internal features are new in 2007. The groundfloor makes access extremely easy and further benefits are the balcony is in the sun from around midday through to sunset. The location is perfect for the sea, beach, restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarkets. All are within 5 minutes walk at most. The San Eugenio/Puerto Colon/Torviscas shopping centres have numerous shops. The water park is also close by. I would also recommend people visit the Parque Santiago end of Playa and Los Cristianos both of which are no more than a 10 minute drive.

Changeover day
Preferably Fridays, particularly in peak season. However I am flexible and would do my best to accomodate all wishes, including 10/11 day stays. Check out would need to be by 12.00 in busy seasons.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with two single beds, including separate dressing table area.
Bathrooms: Brand new, glass brick, very powerful shower.
Separate bath with further shower mixer.
Separate WC.
Kitchen: Brand new fitted kitchen with all expected amenities. Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster.
Living Rooms: Spacious living room with 3 seater cream leather sofa bed. Table and chairs, storage unit and occasional table also provided. A CD/radio is available for guest use. An LCD TV has now been installed with Sky TV. If you have a sky card bring it with you.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided at outset and are changed weekly or can be more regularly at guest request.

 

Notes on accommodation
It is ideally positioned for children, with a big pool a few metres from the balcony, allowing parents to relax if necessary. I have found it hard to do the apartment justice with pictures, but the 53 square metres make it very spacious. Hanging wardrobes and a safe are also provided, together with a handy suitcase shelf. Both the bedroom and main living area have fan lights which I have found to be just right.

Accessibility
The groundfloor position makes it ideal for children or guests who dislike steps. In my opinion it should be fine for disabled guests, who are capable of negotiating about six steps. The whole surrounding area is also flat, with sloping pathways available all the way to the beach.

Outside
Three large swimming pools are available, one of which can be viewed from the balcony, which has uninterrupted sun all afternoon right up to sunset. Patio furniture is also supplied.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful Torviscas beach, with it's many bars and restaurants is a genuine five (maybe six!) minutes walk. The sea is in a bay area making the shelter and gentle slope perfect for families. For the more adventerous the usual water sports are available. Fanabe beach and Puerto Colon port are also within easy walking distances.

Golf
There are several golf courses within fifteen miutes drive.

Travel
Tenerife South airport is about 15-20 miuntes drive, exiting at junction 29 of TF1, it is a three minute drive to the apartment.

Distances
There is so much to do in the immediate area, with countless shops, restaurants and bars close by. The waterpark is a short walk away. Los Cristianos is a 5-10 minute cab ride away, as is the lovely area of Parque Santiago with it's massive range of high calibre shops. It is possible to walk the whole coastline down to either of these areas. Other attractions are Mounte Teide, which is Spain's highest point, with numerous shows and attractions. Santa Cruz (Capital) is an hour drive.

Booking notes
Usual changeover day is Fridays, but to be honest this is really flexible, and I have found we are usually able to accomodate any day, particularly those who may wish to stay for say 10/11 days. Please contact me to book with a £100 per week deposit, with the balance due eight weeks before departure.

Guest comments
Everybody that has stayed has been most complimentary which of course was my intention when refurbishing. I believe the accomodation is a superb standard for the price and that has been the feedback too. I am just embarking on my second year and am getting repeat bookings and referrals - so that is my validation!
