Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday but this can be flexible at a cost. Arrival time is from 2pm with departures by 10am.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with 1.5m double bed, fully furnished, ceiling fan and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with 90cm twin beds, fully furnished. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with large fully tiled walk in luxury double shower, basin in vanity unit, toilet and bidet. Bathroom 2 is the same as above. |
| Kitchen: | Modern kitchen with work surfaces and breakfast bar, in grey polished granite. Oven and ceramic hob with brushed steel extractor fan. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, utensils, crockery, cutlery, iron and board. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room/drying room is located on the roof terrace and has storage for beach equipment and a wall mounted airer. |
| Living Rooms: | Large leather sofa, single leather chair, teak table with 4 chairs, matching sideboard unit, TV and DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and all linen is supplied and laundered weekly. However the owners, who live next door, can offer a daily service if required at a small cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Smoking is only permitted on the roof terrace. Pets are not allowed.
Outside
Totally private roof terrace in excess of 100sqm. Two sun loungers teak table and 4 chairs. Palm trees in pots and cactus type plants in balcony walls. There is a community salt water swimming pool in excess of 250 sqm, jacuzzi and separate children’s pool. Sun bathing areas with sun loungers surrounded by attractive gardens with gates leading directly onto the beach.
Coast/Beach
The lagoons are situated directly in front of this property which offers safe all year round swimming from white sandy beaches. Beach bar and restaurant in 5 mins walk. Fishing and surfing in 2 mins walk. The village of El Cotillo is a 5 min walk away where there is a well equipped supermarket, 2 banks, a few shops and numerous restaurants, mostly overlooking the ocean and serving locally caught fresh fish.
Golf
There is a championship golf course in Caleta de Fuste which hosted the 2004 Spanish open. The owners have 2 new full sets of clubs and trolleys for hire.
Travel
There is a regular bus service from the village. It is not essential to hire a car.
Distances
El Cotillo is approx 35 mins by car from the airport. The owners will collect you for 40 euros and also offer a taxi service during your stay. Corralejo is approx 20 mins by car where there is a ferry to Lanzarote.
Booking notes
A deposit of 100 euros per week is required to reserve the property and the balance paid on arrival.
