Community garden and swimming pool. Free and easy parking on the street just outside the complex. Within 3 minutes walk from the complex you will reach the protected beach. The promenade will lead you to the magnificent and also protected natural reserve which is popular to go hiking and strolls. The protected natural reserves surrounding of Palm Mar appear on the official hiking guide of the island. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Los Cristianos and mount Teide.

Coast/Beach
Palm Mar is an exclusive and tranquil housing development situated on the tip of the island near Los Cristianos. The friendly residents are a mix of Spanish and ex-pats. Palm Mar is enclosed between a mountain and a natural reserve and enjoys a real micro-climate, has hardly ever any wind. The natural reserve Malpaís de la Rasca, which is popular for strolling and tracking, has a surface of 315 ha and enjoys a special protection as it is the habitat of several indigenous Canarian flora and fauna

Golf
Golf details for the keen golfers the beautiful golf club Los Palos is just 2 mins away, it is a quaint 9 hole course, with driving range, putting green, and a lovely cafeteria at the entrance. Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Las Americas Golf, Costa Adeje Golf are within 10 mins drive from El Palm Mar.

Travel
Nearest ferry port Los Cristianos is about 6km/5 minutes drive. The International Tenerife Sur Airport is about 15 mins drive.
