Palm-Mar is generally considered as the newest urbanisation in the South of Tenerife. At only 10 mins from the International Airport of Reina Sofia and situated next to Los Cristianos, this Bay offers you a tranquil and green oasis. Thanks to the separate entry road, the residential character of the area can be guaranteed. Do not fear mass-tourism: Palm-Mar is located between a Mountain "La Montaña de Guaza" on one side and a natural protected area "Malpaís de la Rasca" on the other, so the typical character of this area is assured. However, for a noisier night life Las Americas and Los Christianos are only a 5-10 minute drive away. Palm-Mar is also an ideal spot for golfers with 5 golf courses in the region and the apartments are only 2 minutes from the sea viewable from the balcony. This is a new urbanisation with a good selection of shops, traditional bars and friendly restaurants (many offering take-aways) all on the doorstep.

Living Rooms: Spacious living area with satellite (Sky) TV, DVD player (incl. 150+ films), Sony Playstation (& selection of games, incl. who wants to be a millionaire! :), selection of books, leather sofa, 2 recliner chairs + footrest. Full wall glass doors to patio.
Other: Outside private courtyard with glass table and 4 comfortable chairs.
The courtyard has a retractable canopy-roof if you're seeking relief from those hot Tenerife afternoons!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be spotless on arrival with everything you need, ample towels, bedding, etc.
Cleaning is usually provided weekly, however, other options can be arranged.

 

Notes on accommodation
This is a strictly no-smoking apartment.
Suitable for children (Childs' splash pool is clearly visible at only 2m away from the gated rooftop terrace.)

Outside
The private sea-view rooftop terrace is gated, from the gate the shared (but usually very quiet) pool is only 2 metres away and clearly visible. 4 sun loungers are provide for your comfort. Pool is in beautiful surroundings, and is suitable for a relaxing swim, with a separate childs' splash pool.
There is also an additional patio leading from the living/kitchen area, and facing the sea and the spectacular mountain, La Montaña de Guaza, with a table, 4 reclining chairs and a parasol.

Coast/Beach
A beautiful walkway has just been built along the beach with seating and small fish ponds. Ideal for a quiet stroll.
From the unspoilt coastline, with mountain views, Las Americas is visible.
Deep sea diving is a popular activity in this area and around the Palm-Mar caves. Great for snorkelling!

Golf
'Los Palos' Golf Tenerife Center is a par 27 nine hole course just a 2 minute drive from the apartment.

Travel
International Airport of Reina Sofia - 10 minute drive (Approx €20 taxi).
Car hire is not essential, but can be arranged. Please let us know when booking.
A meet & greet can also be arranged.

Los Cristianos - 5 minute drive (Approx €10 taxi)
Las Americas - 10 minute drive

Booking notes
Once we have reserved your dates a booking form will be sent via email or post and returned with a deposit of £75. The remaining will be paid 6 weeks in advance of departure date. If a late booking the payment will be required in full.
All relevant information, directions, keys etc., will be posted approximately 10 days before departure.
