The complex is a small friendly low level complex conveniently positioned in the exclusive area of Los Cristianos, close to numerous good quality restaurants and bars. The complex is family friendly, residents have the choice of two pools, large sundecks and free loungers with great views across Los Cristianos to the sea. The centre of Los Cristianos is approx a 15 minute walk. The bars on the complex offer good value for money, both for drinks and snacks. The apartment has been completly refurbished, with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and furnishings. It is equipped with most things needed for a relaxing holiday including hair dryer, DVD player, CD player, iron and board.

Accessibility
This first floor apartment is accessed by a flight of steps, no lift is available. So this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Outside
Balcony has two small tables and four patio chairs with views across pool, to Las Americas and the sea. The pools have plenty of sunloungers, not a German towel in sight. There are 5 great restaurants within a 5 min walk. Both complex bars offer good food, snacks and cheap beer.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are approx 15 minutes walk.
Golf
Golf Las Americas is 4km approx taxi cost £4. Four other courses are within a 15 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
You can whale and dolphin watch from a boat from Los Cristianos harbour.
Travel
Taxi from the south airport takes approx 15 minutes. Cost approx £12 (20 euros). From the 31st March 2010 Easy Jet are flying out of Bristol to Tenerife on Tuesdays, Friday & Saturday. Great for a 10 / 11 day break. From £32.

£100 with booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to holiday. We will hold booking dates for up to 5 days while you confirm your flights. Will require the receipt of a cheque within 3 days of confirmation. We will send keys to your home address, appox two weeks prior to departure.
