Beautiful detached villa in an exclusive area of Playa De Las Americas, with fantastic panoramic views over the Atlantic, La Gomera and the magnificent El Teide. The villa has 3 bedrooms one being a penthouse style studio with kingsize bed, sofa and TV. Luxury jacuzzi bathroom. Separate walk in shower room ideal for the pool. BBC and ITV channels in both lounge and studio bedroom. Broadband now installed. Fully equipped American style kitchen with granite work surface.
Outside is a large all around terrace with a small garden to the rear, and to the side is the heated private pool. The villa has recently had new double glazed sliding windows, and shutters with opening louvres fitted. Traditionally designed and built to remain cool. The villa is within easy walking distance (5 minutes) for shops bars, restaurants, and local amenities, whilst the beach is just a 10 minute walk. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Extra persons up to six in total @ £50 per person per week.
Heating of the pool is available at a cost of £30 per week.
A welcome pack is included.

Changeover day
Friday or Tuesday are the preferred change over days however other days and times will be considered.

Bedrooms: Bed 1 has king size bed, double aspect windows and large built in wardrobes with safe.
Bed 2 has king size bed with sofa, TV and large patio doors with panoramic views.
Bed 3 has twin beds, sea views and a built in wardrobe with safe.
Bathrooms: The luxurious fully tiled bathroom has a super jaccuzi bath and a lovely independently lit vanity unit and toilet.
The other bathroom is also fully tiled with a large walk in shower and full size vanity unit and toilet.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with granite work top, fridge/freezer gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric jug, all saucepans and cooking utensils.
Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, linen basket, cooler box, hoover, brooms and mops. Alternative gas water heater and gas bottles. Outside there is a 'whirly' style washing line.
Living Rooms: The lounge has 2 sofas, 32" sat TV with BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, radio stns. DVD player. Room wide, 'slide back on themselves' patio doors allowing the uninhibited views of the sea from the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Free ADSL connection.
Other: Bedroom 2 may also be used as an independant lounge, as it is fully furnished, with sofa, glass coffee table,sideboard, Hi Fi unit occasional tables and sat TV with listings as the lounge

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bedlinen, towels for kitchen and personal use, (not beach or pool), are provided and changed weekly. Villa is cleaned weekly and on vacating but alternative arrangements can be made on request.

 

Notes on accommodation
Secluded and secure, so ideal for children to play but they should always be properly supervised around the pool. Guests who wish to smoke are requested to do so only on the terraces, using the ash trays provided. The hot water system is solar powered, providing constant availability avoiding the old queueing and waiting.

Accessibility
There are steps leading into the property and to the penthouse studio.

Outside
There is a huge terrace to the front of the property with an oval table and six comfortable chairs under a wooden canopy with a retractable sunshade on the side. The large sun terrace area is surrounded with beautiful walled gardens and the views are absolutely amazing. Situated to the corner of the villa is the private swimming pool with Roman steps which can be heated on request. Alongside of the pool is the large showeroom with toilet and basin, ideal for when you come out of the pool or return from the beach. Behind the property is a small corner garden with trees, gorgeous shrubs and colourful trailing plants. Upstairs there is a further large terrace area with sunbeds, sun umbrella, cafe style table with chairs. Fabulous 180 degree views of the sea, La Gomera, Las Americas, Fanabe and Mt Teide.

Coast/Beach
Very easy 10 minute stroll to Puerto Colon and Fanabe beaches.

Golf
The villa is ideally situated within a short taxi/car ride to 5 golf courses including Playa de Las Americas and Adje where the Spanish Open tournament has been held.

Travel
Tenerife South airport is located 15-20 minute taxi ride from the villa (cost approximatley 20 Euros). Las Americas main bus garage is only a 10 minute walk away, where you can get a bus to almost everywhere on the island. A car is certainly not a necessity, however there are numerous car hire companies at the airport and locally if required.

Distances
The famous Molino Blanco restaurant is a 2 minute walk away, Aqua Land water theme park ideal for adults as well as children is just around the corner. The soon to be open fabulous Siam Park is a short walk away. Mount Teide which can be seen from the terrace is one the many trips which may be taken from the local resort.

Further details
Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets and all the other amenities and entertainment are no more than a 5 minute walk away.

Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit required on booking, balance 6 weeks before departure. Please note that a refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance. A named responsible adult over the age of 21 is required for all bookings. Bookings are not taken from all male/female groups.
