Change over days are flexible - during busy months may be restricted to Fridays.
Arrival time is normally from 1400 hours and departure time is 1000 hours.

Nice comfortable accommodation, free standing fans, security grills, suitable for children with parental supervision around pool area.

The accommodation is all on one level - no steps to negotiate.

Property has tiled terrace and tiled walkways. Has sun awnings and parasols for shade. BBQ and dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool is of a good size and is completely private, heated in winter months.Has sun over pool and pool terrace all day long. Has roman style steps down into pool. Pool cover for retaining day time heat. Sun loungers. The property is walled all around so very private and not overlooked and quite secure with lockable front gate to the property. Has security shutters to all windows.
Coast/Beach
Within walking distance of local beach cove in Callao Salvaje consisting of local sand and pebble. Only 10 mins drive away there is a man made beach at El Beril. The ocean is only a short walk away from the villa.
Golf
There are three very good golf courses within driving distance of only 10 minutes.
Special interest holidays
Callao Salvaje is ideally placed to visit other resorts and places of interest being only 10 mins. away from the nearest motorway access. There is lots to see and lots of places to visit in Tenerife. Theme Parks, water parks, animal parks.
It is a gastronomic paradise with a huge selection of restaurants in which to enjoy good food and wines.
Travel
Nearest airport Reina Sofia is 30 minutes drive or taxi ride from the villa. Car hire is not essential as villa is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Callao Salvaje and supermarkets. Car is recommended if wishing to tour the sights on the island.
Distances
The busy resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are only 10 minutes drive from Callao Salvaje.
Further details
Callao Salvaje is a small resort with a village type atmosphere and has good restaurants, bars to suit all tastes, shops, numerous supermarkets, tennis, gymnasium in local hotel, three banks, excursion offices. Newly opened Callao Sport has sporting facilities and spa.

About the owner
Although we have a portfolio of properties in the UK we decided a few years ago to live in the sun so we purchased a villa to live in ourselves and have purchased two others which we rent. This villa is in a nice quiet location and not far from the shops and restaurants.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love living near the sea and Callao Salvaje has an ideal climate and is within easy access of other resorts and motorway.
