The apartment is in a very sought after part of the south of the island, just down from the airport on the sleepy Golf Del Sur but only a 1 euro bus ride to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Recently refurbished with all amenities including satelite television, DVD, and CD. This 3rd (top) floor aparment (with lifts!) has a balcony with mountain, sea and pool views. The Golf Del Sur is an urbanisation consisting of numerous resorts, some on and all near the PGA standard Golf Course. The village of San Blas, a 10 minute walk along the coast, houses a number of shops, has restaurants to suit all tates, and numerous bars. The resort of Green Park is well established and suitable for mature couples and families alike; with Bingo and Karaoke in one bar 2 or 3 times a week. BUT!Also has themed, more laidback bars if you fancy a quieter night out, and some local food and drink.

| Bedrooms: | The sleeping area is sectioned off by an arch containing two single beds, alarm clock radio, cupboard storage unit and full mirror. There is a bed settee in the lounge area that converts very easily to two single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The fully tiled bathroom has bath, with superb mixer shower over, bidet, toilet, and sink with marble surround and vanity unit with mirror and make-up lights. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all appliances including toaster, sandwich maker, pans, fridge with small integral freezer, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and full size oven. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining area seats four around the table and the lounge has seating for four with coffee table and sideboard. There is satellite TV, DVD, CD radio and cassette tape player. The three seater settee convert to two single beds and there is another chair. |
| Other: | The balcony has views of the mountain, pools, and even the ocean over the next complex just 500m away. |

Notes on accommodation
As this is predominently a golfing and residential area, the aparthotel is suitable for couples and families alike. It would not suit "clubbers" in their teens and twenties. Internet is in reception. UK TV BBC, ITV, C4, C5 & Sky in the apartment.

Accessibility
The Green Park complex has lifts and ramps for wheelchair users, and work is ongoing, as not all areas are accessible. however many people using wheelchairs often holiday here; including some owners.
Outside
There are three pools on Green Park; one very large and two smaller heated pools suitable for adults or children. The pool area has ample sun beds for sunbathing between dips. There are tennis courts, table tennis and various activites organised and supervised by the aparthotel staff. All the gardens are communal well maintained by the staff.
Coast/Beach
There are some lovely coastal walks along new coast line pathways which extend for miles. It is possible to walk to the next fishing village Los Abrigos which has some superb fish restaurants and over the hills to Costa Del Silencio in about 2 hours; if you're up to it! The coast is only 500m metres from the apartments and there are some typical Tenerife man-made beaches with facilities there. This is a volcanic island so do not expect too much golden sand! Many coves where swimming is a must.
Golf
This is a golfing area with a superb 18 hole course within 200m of the complex and 500m to the club house.
Travel
Tenerife South airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. Once on site, a bus card (bono) will take you all around the island for a few Euros, and there is a bus stop within 100m of the complex. there are details of many excursions in the room and I can give advice on the best value for money.
Distances
San Blas is on the Golf del Sur about a 10 minute walk, Los Cristianos and Las Americas about 15km/20km. Los Abrigos 4km by road, 1 km by coast walk.
Further details
There are supermarkets, banks, shops and everything you could possibly need within a few 100 metres.
