Relax and enjoy our home from home in the sun. Whether you just want to unwind in the sun or discover the many sites of Lanzarote, this apartment offers you a great base for a fantastic holiday. Next to the complex pool is a bar that serves refreshment and snacks. Several bars & excellent restaurants include tapas, French, Italian and English cuisine(also takeaways) are all nearby. Supermarkets, shops and banks are only 500yds away. A short walk along the seafront promenade brings you to Playa Bastian beach. For a lively night out Costa Teguise centre is only a 3 mins cab or 15 mins stroll away. For the more energetic guests, sports activities include an excellent golf course (5 mins away), windsurfing, scuba diving and a water-park. We have a property manager on call (24hrs) in the event of any problems on your holiday. Transfer time from Arrecife approx 15 mins.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Thursday, although this can be flexible. Departure is required by 10am and arrival after 2pm to allow for apartment cleaning, although this may also be flexible if there are no new arrivals.

The lounge comes with 20" LCD TV, approx 20 Sky channels, DVD player, also CD/radio. There are two sofas, one of which is a large double sofa bed. |

Outside
The large private balcony comes fully furnished with table, four chairs and two sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Playa Bastian beach is only a 5 mins walk from the apartment. Las Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise is a 15 mins walk along the sea front.
Golf
Costa Teguise hosts the islands only golf course (18 hole) and is just a 5 mins drive away.
Travel
The apartment is a 15 minutes taxi ride from Arrecife airport. Car hire is not essential. A bus stop just outside the complex can take you to Arrecife, Porta del Carmen and Playa blanca.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% will secure your booking.
All costs must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure.
