Villa Louisa is set in the quiet village of Triquivijate with stunning views of the mountains. This is an ideal spot for anyone wishing to explore the island as it is conveniently located in the centre of the island. This new villa has its own private pool, hot tub and barbecue. It is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. The beaches of Caleta de Fuste and the golf course are also only a short drive away. Newly furnished with all appliances inc - washer, dishwasher, microwave and safe. A cot is available.

En suite to master bedroom tiled with bath/shower, bidet, double sink and WC. One way glass with a mountain view. House bathroom, bath/shower, wc and sink. |

Notes on accommodation
Please note this is a no smoking villa.
Pool depth 1.09M to 1.50M area suitable for children to paddle. However, we highly recommend children are supervised at all times around the pool and roof terrace areas.
A car is essential for holidays at Villa Louisa.

Outside
Set on a 1200 sq.m. plot. Private swimming pool with large sunbathing area. 6 sun loungers and a parasol are available. Seperate hot tub and barbecue area with table and 4 chairs. Stairs to the side of the property lead to a large roof terrace where stunning views of the mountains can be enjoyed. An ideal spot for watching the sun go down whilst enjoying a sun downer or 2!
Coast/Beach
The tourist area of Caleta De Fuste is a 10 minute drive away. The beach is set in a horse shoe bay and is ideal for families. Many watersports are available or may be take a camel ride along the beach.
Golf
The nearest golf course is less than 15 mins drive away. An 18 hole course where the 2004 Spanish Open was held. The clubhouse boasts a large pro-shop. Changing rooms and lockers. Buggies and trollies (inc electric) are available to hire.
Travel
Villa Louisa is a 15 mins drive from the airport.
Caleta de Fuste is 10 mins away with its many shops, bars and restaurants. Regular ferries to Lanzarote are available from Correlejo in the north.
Further details
The village has 3 bar/restaurants. You can get any essentials from the local shop which is soon to become a Spar supermarket offering more choice. Further supermarkets, banks pharmacies etc are available in Antigua (5 mins away) or Caleta de Fuste. Situated a little further along the main road in/out of Caleta (opposite the Golf course) is the Atlantico shopping centre with further shops, restaurants, a 24 hour Spar Supermarket, cinema and 10 pin bowling.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 (non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of departure) is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

Just to let you know we had a fantastic 3 weeks and didn't want to come home. Your villa was lovely and had everything we needed. We have been to Fuerteventura 12 times before at various locations but your villa and Triquivejate we think were the best, especially the hot tub abd the BBQ. Triquivejate is central for visiting all parts of the island. We hope to return once/twice this year. (J&S Hale England)
