| Utility Room: | Ironing board, iron, clothes airer (on balcony). Mop bucket and cleaning materials provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is bright and spacious with patio doors leading to the balcony. Contains 1 arm chair, sofa that converts to 2 single beds, 2 storage units, TV (with satellite TV), DVD player and ceiling fan. |
| Other: | 2 door wardrobe in entrance hall contains safe. Balcony has table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels (2 bath and 1 hand per person) and bed linen included. Changed weekly. Can be changed more frequently for a small extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Malibu Park is a well maintained complex with 24 hour reception, supermarkets and bars/restaurants. There are 2 communal pools (one for children) with free sunloungers and a children's play area with swings etc. There is a free courtesy bus to the beach and Playa de Las Americas. There is internet access, a laundry room, luggage room and changing facilities. The pool side bar shows nightly films on a large screen. There are lifts to all floors and down to street level.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground level. The same level as the swimming pools and reception. There are apartments beneath and lifts down to street level. There are 2 steps leading from the communal area to the apartment entrance.
Outside
Well kept, beautifully planted communal areas with 2 shared pools and children's play area. Balcony has sea views with day long sun. Table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers with cushions.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches within walking distance. Playa de Las Americas, Torviscas and Fanabe (20 mins), Puerto Colon (15 mins). Water sports, boat trips and dolphin viewing trips are all available from the Marina at Puerto Colon. Pedalos, banana boats and jet skis are available from the beaches. There is a long seafront promenade that stretches from Playa del Duque to Los Christianos.
Travel
The complex is a 15-20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is recommended to see the island but not essential. Taxis from the airport are approx 25-30 euros depending on party size and luggage and 3-5 euros to Torviscas. Local bus services are good and there are many organised bus trips available to see the island.

Further details
Tenerife is known as the 'land of the eternal spring' and has year round sun shine. Malibu Park is situated within easy walking distance of all amenities. There are many shops, restaurants bars and supermarkets nearby. The Aqua Park is across the road and as well have having many water rides it also boasts an excellent dolphin show.
Booking notes
Bookings are taken via, phone email or post. A £50 per week deposit is required (£100 for Xmas and New Year weeks). The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
