The beaches, which are right in front of the duplex are called "Los Lagos". They are very family friendly as a natural reef provides protection of the waves. Experienced surfers can ride these waves. One of the famous surf spots on the island. You are only a few minutes walk from the small rustic little fishing village "El Cotillo". El Cotillo is situated on the northwest corner of Fuerteventura. Cotillo's main attractions are the wonderful beaches and lagoons. The duplex is located to the north of the village just in front of the fine white sand lagoons. The closer you walk towards the lighthouse the more secluded the lagoons become. All of these lagoons are safe for young children to swim and play. The village also offers a few shops, bars, 2 banks and 3 well stocked supermarkets and if all this isn’t enough Corralejo, the main tourist area for Fuerteventura, is only 19km 15-20 minutes drive.

Big terrace with a sundeck and a table with 6 chairs. Nice garden and a 280 sq.m. swimming pool. Direct access wonderful beaches and lagoons.

Cotillo Lagoon is just in front the door.
Cotillo Beaches and cliffs are 10 mins walk.
Corralejo Beaches and sand dunes are 15 mins drive.
Golf
Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste is 40 mins drive.
Travel
Airport: Fuerteventura 25 mins by car.
Corralejo ferry port is 15 minutes drive, linking Fuerteventura and Lanzarote Islands.
Jandia, south of the Island, 1 hour 5 mins by car.
Distances
Cotillo village, 5 mins walk.
Cotillo lighthouse, 15 mins walk.
There is an excellent and a reliable bus service, which is inexpensive and a great way of getting about Fuerteventura.
