If you need to cancel your booking this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel the full amount will be retained.

Changeover day
Flexible. Guests should vacate the apartment by 10am. The apartment is available from 16.00 hours onwards. We will try to accommodate alternative times if it is possible.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for children and they are very welcome.
Outside
Large sized shared swimming pool with sunloungers and outdoor showers. The pool area is surrounded by nice shrubs and greenery.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Esmeralda beach is only a 7 minute walk from the apartment. This is a paradise beach for swimmers and sun lovers with clear crystal water and miles of clean sandy beaches. It is a pleasure to swim in all year around. In addition the world championship windsurfing competition is held here between July and August each year.
Golf
There are three golf courses in the island. There are two located in Calete de Fuste which is approximately a 30 minute drive away. There is another one in Las Playitas which is 25 minutes drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Puerte de Rosario and it is a 40 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended to take advantage of all that this beautiful island has to offer. Very reasonable rates are available.
Distances
Costa Calma is the nearest town to the apartment and is approximately 1k away. Here you will find your night life and restaurants and magnificent hotels. Jandia is a little further away but well worth a visit.
Further details
Costa Calma is the perfect destination for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. This resort caters mainly for German, Italian and Spanish tourists which means that a very high standard is required. There are numerous 4 and 5 star hotels in the resort. All have excellent facilities and evening entertainment. Non residents are welcome. You can enjoy a supper buffet at very reasonable rates. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, and clubs in Costa Calma. Eating out is very reasonable. A number of new shopping centres have recently opened with well equipped supermarkets.
Booking notes
Contact Feargus by email or phone to arrange booking. Prices are in euro. A 200 euros non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the property. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before travelling. Payment can be made by transfer in euro. A damage deposit of 200 euro is required on booking. This is refunded less the cost of final clean -70 euro for 2 people, 5 euro for each extra person and the cost of water/electricity -8 euro per person per week. See cancellation details below
