This lovely one bedroom apartment is in a super location in the Cristian Sur complex close to all amenities. Its sunny terrace overlooks the heated pool and relaxing picturesque gardens. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is well equipped. The Cristian Sur complex has excellent amenities and is surrounded by many restaurants/bars, shops and banks. It is only 10 mins walk to Los Cristianos 'old town' and its many shops and restaurants. There are 2 beautiful beaches in the Los Cristianos area. The resort is adjacent to Playa De Las Americas and a pleasant stroll along the scenic promenade can take you there or if you prefer, a short 5/10 min taxi ride will get you there quicker. There is an abundance of beautiful restaurants and shops in Playa de Las Americas. There is so much to do in this resort. Or if it is simply a relaxing holiday by the pool or beach that you are after, Los Cristianos and Cristian Sur offers it all. Young or Old, You will not be disappointed!

Ideal for families since terrace looks directly onto the pool. There are many resort reviews written on Cristian Sur - read them for yourself on real holiday reports, holidays-uncovered or holiday truths.
Accessibility
Very suitable for anyone wanting to avoid climbing stairs although it does have several steps inside the apartment from bedroom/bathroom to lounge and patio area. The complex itself is on a flat area and there are ramps throughout as well as steps.
Outside
2 large swimming pools and children's section. Plenty of sunbeds provided free of charge. Relaxing gardens throughout the complex.
Coast/Beach
Los Cristianos beach is approx 0.7 km away and around 10 minutes walk. Las Vistas beach is located between Los Cristianos and Playa De las Americas and is a beautiful sandy man-made beach that slopes gently into the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Suitable for all ages.
Golf
An 18 hole golf course is 5-10 mins drive away.
Travel
There are direct low-cost flights from all major UK and Irish airports to Tenerife South Airport TFS (Reina Sofia). Taxi from South Airport to Cristian Sur 15 mins/20 euros. Bus Station is very close to Cristian Sur complex and from here buses can be taken to all parts of island and to the airport if preferred.
Distances
Cristian Sur is situated in the flat area of Los Cristianos is around 10 mins walk from Los Cristianos town centre, beach and promenade. There is a promenade from Los Cristianos past the Las Vistas Beach and into Playa de Las Americas. Or a short journey by taxi will take you to the bright lights instead.

Los Cristianos/this complex is in an ideal and central location for the many attractions and activities which are available in the area which can be booked at the complex or by yourself including: Island Hopping to La Gomera Island on the Ferry. Boat trips and water sports. Sailing with the dolphins. Golf nearby. Cable Car ride up Mount Teide. enjoy the thrills of the new Siam Park, Loro Parque to see tropical birds. Camel Park. Go-Karting. Quad Safari. Shopping trip to Santa Cruz. All this and much much more!

About the owner
We are a family of 5 from Northern Ireland who have holidayed every year in various parts of Spain, Portugal and Italy. We went to Tenerife a couple of years ago and really liked it there because of its amenities, friendly people and great climate. Los Cristianos has recently undergone a 'face lift' and looks great. The promenade area has been transformed and facilities much improved. The food and entertainment is varied and good value for money. The new Siam Park is fantastic but bring plenty of sun cream as believe me, it gets very hot especially if you haven't managed to get an umbrella (hence the red noses in the photo)! All in all, we think it's the ideal spot for a break from the stress of everyday life as there is something there for everyone - young and old!
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We 'fell in love' with the Cristian Sur complex after staying there on holidays ourselves and when this ground floor apartment overlooking the pool, came on the market, we snapped it up for ourselves and others to enjoy! We call it our little 'oasis' in Tenerife and always look forward to going there ourselves. It is a most relaxing and well-kept complex with beautiful landscaped gardens and 4 pools that make it so enjoyable compared to the large 'concrete jungle' newer complexes. All the amenities are at hand and the staff working on site are most helpful and friendly. Cristian Sur is also very conveniently located within walking distance of old town Los Cristianos and Las Vistas beach which gives plenty of variety for evening dining out and entertainment. You'll love it too!
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment itself is in an ideal location, no steps to climb in the heat and easy access to and from the pool during the day. Good security day and night. Convenience to bus stop if fancy trips to other destinations, banks nearby for easy access to more money, plenty of restaurants and pubs to enjoy! Very friendly staff and holiday makers in the complex. The surroundings are idyllic as can be seen in our property photos. Just perfect in day time when enjoying the sun terraces and pool and then in the evenings when having a glass of wine on the terrace and relaxing by the lights of the pool!
