Our villa is equipped to luxury standards with high quality furnishings and is without doubt one of the most luxuriously equipped property for rental in the area. Child safety gate around swimming pool. Private heated pool completed in 2007 is surrounded by mature gardens and huge sunny terraces. Large dining room for all year round dining. Doors can open out fully for summer and be closed for winter dining. The Sea is very near and it is not unusual to hear the sound of the waves lapping against the rocky shoreline in the evenings. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes walk. Nearest sandy beach is about 15 minute walk away. Coastal path is only a few minutes walk from villa which will take you past the Lighthouse and a few hotels, seaside cafes and eventually will lead directly into Playa Blanca main village. The villa is very peaceful and situated in a private residential estate.

Notes on prices
Payment also accepted in Euros. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are for 2 persons sharing. Calendar not updated as also rent a neigbours villa which may be available if ours booked. Extra persons including all children are £50 each per week. We recommend electric pool heating for comfortable swimming and this is available at £35 per week. Villa heating in winter no charge. Playstation 1 with games.
Changeover day
Very flexible. If there is no one in the villa before or after you are more than welcome to arrive and depart at times to suit your flight.

Our villa is equipped with heating for the winter evenings. In the summer the inside of the villa is cool as we have marble floors throughout and the living areas face north making the rooms very comfortable and cool. |
Cleaning/towels/

The villa is spotlessly clean for your arrival. We supply all linen except beach towels. For two weeks stay or more we supply a second set of all towels and linen. Services of caretaker close by if required. Selection of toddler toys in villa. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standards as we use the property ourselves and therefore every little item required is in the villa. It is maintained and decorated before every season and is kept in perfect condition. We have young toddlers staying at our villa quite often and we have ensured the pool is safe and can be easily isolated from children. Gate is fitted. Villa heating in winter. Electric pool heating available. Our aim is for you to enjoy your holiday and anything you require we can arrange. Airport 'meet and greet' available and any special requests.

Accessibility
We consider our villa is suitable for wheelchair users. It is on one level. I can email photos of the entrances and offer any assistance you may require.
Outside
Our spacious custom built pool is surrounded by large terraces with sunloungers. Pool heating is electric. Second large patio outside lounge and dining room can be closed off to keep youngsters out of pool area. This terrace has dining table and chairs and has covered pergola to shade from sun whilst dining. Barbecue. Our gardens are well established giving a high degree of seclusion. These are a feature of our property and are admired by our previous guests. The villa also has the use of a huge shared pool within a few steps of the villa which is ideal for the energetic swimmer.
Coast/Beach
The coast is a few minutes walk away. See photo. This is the beginning of the coastal path and is perfect for a healthy walk. The nearest sandy beach is about 15 minutes walk. See photo. But numerous other sandy beaches are within a very short drive away. You have the choice of natural secluded beaches or the more commercialised with sunbeds etc.
Golf
Golf Course in Costa Tequise 40 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
Windsurfing in La Santa. Scuba diving close by. Parascending, jet ski, go karting, fishing, horseriding, camel riding, bowling. Fire mountain is an active volcano and is a tourist spot and well worth a visit. You can eat chicken cooked on the coals of the volcano.
Travel
Arrecife airport 40 minutes drive. Car hire recommended to enjoy the island and visit the many other beaches and resorts but not essential. Or we can arrange to meet you from airport if required. Playa Blanca port is about 4 km away and you can take a day trip to Fuerteventura which is about 30 minutes on the ferry. Although we feel that Lanzarote is the most beautifull island and will certainly keep you occupied during your stay.
Distances
Main village of Playa Blanca about 5 minutes by car or you can walk along coastal path stopping at a restaurant or bar on the way and take a taxi back with your shopping (cost for taxi about £3). Local shops including supermarket, restaurants, bakery a few minutes walk from villa. Sea is a stones throw away. Nearest sandy beach about 15 minutes walk. Bicycle hire about 20 minutes walk from villa.
Further details
Taxis are in abundance in the area if you do not wish to hire a car. Local shops consist of a supermarket, bakery, coffee shops, a handful of bars and restaurants and is sufficient for your holiday requirements. It is an ideal place to 'crash out' for the duration of your stay or for the more energetic why not hire a car and see the many attractions of the island. It is a very safe place to drive and the roads are very quiet. It only takes about 90 minutes to drive from north to south. I have very detailed directions from the airport to the villa.

Once you have decided to book, I will email a booking form for you to complete and return. 25% deposit is required on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
