Luxuriously appointed, modern detached villa, with a large heated swimming pool. 'Villa Bonita' has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is situated in the quiet, rural community of Triquivijate, yet only 15 minutes drive from the resort of Caleta de Fuste with it's sandy beach, shops and restaurants. It is a good centre from which to explore the surrounding countryside and to experience something of the 'real' Fuerteventura.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds sterling. Discounts: A price reduction of £100 is given for parties of three persons or less. A reduction of £100 is given for any two week consecutive booking outside peak periods. A repeat booking discount is available, please ask for details.
Complimentary heating is provided to the swimming pool from 1st November to 30th April. As an optional extra, heating may be requested during the period 1st May until 31st October at a charge of £50 pw.
Changeover day
Most UK flights to Fuerteventura are on Wednesdays and Saturdays hence these are our normal changeover days. However, other changeover days may be possible, so please ask.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathrooms to bedrooms 1 and 2 with a walk-in shower, a toilet and twin washhand basins. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a bath with shower over, a toilet and twin washhand basins. There is also a toilet and cloakroom off the hallway. |
| Kitchen: | The fitted, dining kitchen is equipped with a four ring ceramic hob, full oven, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, together with the large dining table, six chairs and a child's high chair. |
| Utility Room: | Situated off the kitchen is a very useful utility room which houses the washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, cleaning materials etc and general storage. |
| Living Rooms: | The large open-plan lounge and dining area is furnished with three-seater and two-seater leather settees and tub chair with oak coffee and occassional tables. It has a flat screen, satellite TV, a DVD player, CD/Ipod system and a seperate bottle fridge. |

Notes on accommodation
A cot and high chair are stored in the Villa for use as required.
The property is managed personnally by our local Spanish speaking representative who is on call during your stay.
Accessibility
Whilst this property is not suitable for wheelchair access it may be acceptable for persons with limited mobility problems. All the living accommodation and bedrooms are on on the same ground floor level as is most of the surrounding patio. The pool area at the rear is accessed by one step up and entry into the pool is aided by "Roman style" steps with a central hand rail.
Outside
The private swimming pool with pool side shower is situated at the rear of the villa and measures approx. 10m x 5m. Electric pool heating is provided without charge ( 1st November to 30th April ) as are beach towels. The pool area enjoys all day sunshine and features a Canarian-style garden including a large sunbathing patio with sunloungers and chairs. The property benefits from an extensive dining terrace along the front and side of the house and there is a table and chairs for dining alfresco as well as a barbecue. This is the perfect place for enjoying the sun.
Coast/Beach
The family resort of Caleta de Fuste with it's safe, sandy beach, calm waters, shops and restaurants is a 15 minute drive away. Many other beaches are within easy reach and cater for a variety of windsurfing/watersports. From Corralejo and El Cotillo in the north to Sotaventa in the South, the choice is yours.
Golf
There are two championship golf courses within relatively close proximity, in Caleta de Fuste, a 15 minute drive away. Both are open to tourists and equipment is available for hire.
Travel
Car hire is considered essential for this villa and will enable easy access to many parts of the island, particularly those where public transport is not available or where repetetive journeys by taxi could prove expensive. This location will appeal to those who are looking for peace and tranquility in a quiet, rural setting but with the convenience of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, night life and of course the beach all within a short drive away.
Distances
Triquivijate is situated approx 11 kilometres inland from Caleta de Fuste and a similar distance from the airport. The villa is positioned pretty central to what is considered the village heart, a short walk from the small, picturesque church.
Further details
There are two small bars in the village each serving basic food together with one restaurant. In the surrounding area there are a good selection of places to eat to suit most tastes and budgets. There is a well stocked mini-market in the village, with a choice of supermarkets in Antigua, a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest hypermarket (eurospar) is located in the commercial centre at Caleta de Fuste.
For those interested in horse riding, there is an established stables and school situated on the outskirts of the village.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the accommodation cost is requested at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment direct by cheque or by credit/debit card via PayPal.
