This luxury chalet style home is in a superb location for a great summer or winter vacation in Mont Tremblant. Situated on its own secluded 3/4 acre forest site midway between Tremblant old Village and St Jovite and 4 mins from The Grand Lodge and Gray Rocks Hotel, both overlooking Lac Ouimet. The chalet is central for a huge variety of summer and winter activities. For winter, 8 mins by car to the south slope of Mont Tremblant ski area or 2 mins from the smaller Gray Rocks ski slopes. Snow mobile, dog sledding and numerous other winter activities are available locally. The famous Spa Scandinave is just 5 mins away. In summer choose from 6 great golf courses within 2-15 mins. La Belle golf course is at the bottom of the road! Canoeing, cycling, white water rafting and hiking are also available locally. The area has a huge number of lakes and rivers and Mont Tremblant National Park is just 10 mins drive from the Lodge.

| Other: | The entrance hall has a store cupboiard with ample room for skis and boots. The huge basement has a games/TV room with a large L-shaped sofa , plamsa TV with satillite and a DVD (see pics). Next to this is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are included. The chalet is cleaned just prior to guests arrival. For stays longer than a week additional cleaning is included each week. Any other cleaning will incur a charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The chalet has full air conditioning / heating throughout. Additoinal heating in the winter is provided by base board heaters. Together with the open fire on the ground floor
clients will not be cold in the winter and cool in the summer.
The showers in the Master en suite and Basement en suite are both "walk in" showers and of an ample size! Two children's gates are supplied.

Accessibility
There is parking for up to four cars outside the property.
Access is down 3/4 swallow steps to the front door.
Outside
The ground floor has a sizeable decked terrance leading from the patio doors. This is ideal for bbq's during the summer.
Golf
The closest courses to the chalet are the twin courses of La Belle and La Bete, which is right on your door step. Close by you then have La Diable and Le Geant. These courses are run by Intrawest and are championship standard courses open to the public. Golf Royal Laurentien, Golf Le Manitou are also renowned local courses of real character. The common theme is their setting within the dramatic landscape with beautiful views. The range of courses suits golfers of all abilities and several have renowned golfing academies for the beginner or experienced golfer looking to improve their game. Reasonably priced green fees and easy club and cart hire makes this area a great golfing centre.
Skiing
10 mins from the main mountain slopes. The smaller Gray Rocks slopes are 2/3 minutes away.
Travel
Tremblant is approximately 1 1/2 drive from Montreal Trudeau Int’l Airport. Tremblant airport is 10 minutes away and has flights from Newark and Tooronto.

Booking notes
Booking requires a 50 % deposit with the balance due 2 weeks prior your stay. The deposit is non-refundable.
An additional security deposit of $ 500 is required, also due 2 weeks prior to your stay. This will be returned within 14 days of departure assuming no damage is reported by our agents.
