Air-conditioning in every room. Fully furnished in a minimalist modern style and very well detailed.
Accessibility
The house is on two floors served by elevators. Pets accepted. Only 1st floor of the apartment is accessible to wheelchair users. The apartment is children friendly.

Overlooking Copacabana Palace and Copacabana Beach, on the second floor of the apartment there is a large wood pool deck (40sq.m) with whirlpool, furnished with 4 chairs, 2 stretchers, 2 puffs, 1 dining table, 1 low table.
Coast/Beach
Copacabana Beach is 5 minutes walk distance. Copacabana is one of the most famous neighbourhoods of Rio de Janeiro. Situated in the south zone of the city, Copacabana has a beautiful beach in the shape of middle moon. The beach extend itself for about 4 kilometres protected by a mountain range of buildings and it goes from the Fort of Copacabana to a solid rock call the Nose of Leme.

Booking notes
40% of payment should be made at booking to confirm with Pay pal. 60% of payment at arrival. Final cleaning cost is 80 euros to be paid at arrival. A security deposit of 250 euros is required at arrival and will be returned at check out if no damage/loss occurred.
