Charming family flat on third floor overlooking garden and a leafy hill. 3 bedrooms - air-conditioned. Sitting room. 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 5. Quiet residential building. Partying and carousing not appreciated. 2 minutes from both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Maid if required. Cable TV. Internet WiFi. Very secure, 24 hour porterage. Good communications to downtown Rio and Airports. Great Shopping in Copacabana (Oxford streetish) - Ipanema (Designer). Very hot December and January. Can be chilly in July and August in the evening - but lovely days - not too hot.

The building is a quiet family building and so guests are asked to respect this fact. Late night partying is not encouraged. Fine for children.

There is wheelchair access from the side/garage entrance to elevators and then direct to apartment.
Outside
Private garden - between building and road. Pleasant to sit in - shady. There is also a roof terrace with great views.
Coast/Beach
Both Ipanema and Copacabana beaches are within a couple of minutes walk - both have schools of beach sport.
Golf
Gavea Golf Country Club a fifteen/twenty minute cab ride.
Volley Ball, Fresco Ball, Beach Football all played locally on both Ipanema and Copacabana.
