Completely renovated incl. granite kitchen and 12 x 4.5 m pool with marble surround, deep end is 1.75 m, also with child pool section. Located in a quiet street and not overlooked. Local shops and a vast array of restaurants are very close by, large shopping malls and cinemas a short bus ride away. Temperatures range from 24-29 degrees in the winter months (June, July, August.) to 29-32 degrees in general in the summer months (Dec, Jan, Feb.). So the summer and winter are the opposite way round to Europe.

Entry through electric gate to driveway, all accommodation on ground floor with access to living area through double patio doors. Bedroom door frames are not wide enough for wheelchair access.

12m x 4m pool, shallow sectioned area of pool suitable for young children.
VIP security around outside wall and with sensors in house.

Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to Ponta Negra beach.
15-30 mins. to south beaches of Natal - travel by local bus, buggy etc.
Travel
Direct flights from Europe to Natal include from London Gatwick (9 hours) with Thomson Fly – also check 'charterflights.co.uk' and from Amsterdam (8 ½ hours) with 'Arkefly.nl'.
Taxis are easily available and are recommended for first timers rather than hiring car yourself.
Local buses to all areas of Natal incl. large shopping centres, between 5 and 20 mins. by bus. Nearest bus stop 2 mins. from house.
Distances
Natal international airport is 15-20 mins. drive by car from Ponta Negra.
Pipa - 45 mins by car or bus, buggy takes a longer route over beaches.
Joao Pessoa - 1 hour. 45 mins - 2 hours by car.

Local shops and a vast array of restaurants are very close by, large shopping malls and cinemas a short bus ride away. Most films are shown in English with Portuguese subtitles.
Plenty of activities incl. buggy trips to wilder beaches.
Day/overnight trips to the beautiful city of Joao Pessoa and surrounding beaches for boat trips, jeep safaris, buggy trips, horse-riding, visiting antiquity and pre-historic sites and to view beach property.
The choice and quality of food in Brazil is fantastic! Restaurant prices are generally 1/3rd of the price of Europe. e.g. you can drink coconut water on the beach from 50 cents (around £0.14) or enjoy a caparinha at Seargent Peppers, Salsa Bar area for approx. 80 pence. A meal can range from £1.40 in the cheaper ‘kilo type restaurants’ to about £5.50 upwards in a very good restaurant. Buying a meal for 2 persons is often better value (prices based on exchange rate of 3.6 reais to £ which is subject to change).

Brazilians are hospitable people and know how to enjoy life. If you take the time to visit we are sure you will find it to be, as we have heard other English and European visitors say, “a paradise” and “definitely coming again!” - a number of whom have already taken the step to move here either to retire or to set up a holiday or permanent home.
Ponta Negra over the last few years has become the most exclusive part of Natal.
The beach is beautiful and the ocean warm. The birds here have strong colours and sometimes if you look carefully you can see small monkeys in the trees on the other side of the street from the house. The location has everything, a peaceful setting with all amenities at hand.
