The villa is located in Ponta Negra, one of the most exclusive parts of Natal. Five minutes walk from the superb beach, which is over 3km long and known throughout Brazil. The climate is comfortable all year round with a near constant sea breeze to avoid excessive temperatures at night. Also 5 minutes walk from a modern shopping centre with amenities such as bank, internet cafe, restaurants and bars. There are also high quality (and low price) restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk of the property. The property is constructed from the highest quality materials such as mahogany and marble and has recently been refurbished. A wide terrace runs around the inner section of the house with hammocks and anchor points provided to relax in after a hard day at the beach. There is a BBQ, external shower and external dining area provided by the house. A wall and security fence surround the entire property and there is secure parking for up to 3 cars.

BBQ and large dining patio outside. Wide terrace around the house complete with seats and hammocks. Parking area within property for three cars.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk from one of the most beautiful and iconic beaches in Brazil. Beach buggies (with or without drivers) are available for hire within the resort in order to explore the miles of unspoilt beaches. The temperature of the water is warm all year round and the beach on the whole is safe, but also excellent for surfing. We recommend the kiosks towards the ‘Careca’ sand dune for some of the best food and drink on the beach and a great party atmosphere. (Kiosk 48 - Inacio - is our favourite).
Golf
New course being constructed 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
International airport is 20 mins away by car. Car hire is not essential but is recommended to visit the various resorts along the coast. Car hire is available either at the airport or within Ponta Negra itself.
Distances
Villa is in the resort of Ponta Negra. Driving times - Natal city 15 mins. Pipa 30 mins. Genipabu 30 mins. Fortaleza 4 hours. Joao Pessoa 2½ hours.
Further details
Almost all amenities such as banks, shopping centres, bars, restaurants, beauticians are within 15 mins walk of the house. There are also a number of 4 and 5 star modern hotels in the resort, most of which will accept daily payments for the use of their facilities.
There are several internet cafes within a 10 min walk of the house. The restaurants, bars and night clubs within Ponta Negra are, on the whole of excellent quality and very good value.
Booking notes
50% of booking fee is sue to secure the booking, the balance of which has to be paid in full no later than 2 months before the arrival date. Breakage deposit of £200 required at time of booking.
