Sea views from 2 decks and balcony. Built-in barbecue on main deck, small garden with sea view. The house is situated in a condominium with 24 hour security and 2 under-roof parking spaces. Facilities on condominium include a swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and scuba diving club. It is located 5km (3 miles) by road from Paraty's historic centre (or just across the bay by boat). Paraty has original Portuguese Colonial buildings and cobbled streets with restaurants, bars and shops. At night Paraty's streets come alive with music drifting from bars and restaurants onto the streets which are filled with artists displaying their art or performing talents.

Activities:
Go for an organised walk/pony ride in the rain forest on the historical gold trail.
Enjoy a day on a boat or schooner travelling between some of the 365 off-shore islands.
Do a half day's Brazilian cooking course in well known paraty cooking school and invite your partner/friend to join you in the meal you cooked afterwards.
A good supermarket is only 2 miles from the house at the entrance to Paraty.
