About the area

The harbour is within a few minutes walk. There are diving schools in the port and many charter companies which hire motor and sailing boats. There are lovely beaches for those who wish to totally chill out and catch the sun, Camp de Mar and St Elm are recommended beaches within 10 minutes drive.
A small pebbled sandy beach in a 10 minute walk.
This location is a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.

There is breathtaking mountain views for the walkers & hikers.
There are also several sea schools close by where you can complete your ICC in 2 days or a yachtmaster in 7 days.
How to get there
Palma airport is approx 35 mins drive from Puerto Andratx. A car is recommended for touring the island though not essential as all facilities are within easy walking distance.
Capital city of Palma is just 20 minutes away by car or taxi. There is a approx 500m walk to centre of resort, restaurants and Yacht club just 5 mins walk. Andratx town is 10 mins drive where there is a busy local market held every Wednesday.
There are many fine restaurants, bars and harbour-side cafes (superb for relaxing and simply watching the world pass by) within the resort, at both ends of the price spectrum. A large supermarket, with a bakery and is also within easy walking distance as are the many excellent small shops.
There is a small tourist information office in the port able to give advice on many additional activities and local events. There is free wireless internet access at Cappucinos Cafe which has an amazing view of the port.
There is also an internet cafe. Plenty of banks and cash withdrawal facilities.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival at the property. A security deposit of £200 against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
