There are extensive views over Mahon harbour, where you can see many craft within the port, including yachts and cruise ships from different countries. Mahon Town with its many waterside restaurants, weekly market, boutiques and shops is a 10 mins drive. Cala Llonga has a supermarket and small cove with children's play area within a 5 mins walk. The large sandy beach of Cala Mesquida is under 10 mins drive.

The living room has a sofa, 3 armchairs, coffee table and TV receiving satellite programmes including BBC 1, 2, 3, 4 and radio. A CD player is also provided. Double doors open onto a balcony with table, chairs and fabulous views.
Other:
Adjacent to the living room is a dining area which has a table and 6 chairs.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
The villa is cleaned before arrival and linen and towels are changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

Important notes on accommodation
The villa is tiled throughout and has full air conditioning in all rooms which also provides heating in the cooler months. The house is decorated to a high standard both inside and out.

Changeover day
The changeover day is Friday however before the 2 May and after the end of September this is flexible.
Earliest arrival time is 14:00 and the villa must be vacated by 10:00.

About the area
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The pool is 10m x 4m, equipped with underwater lights and is serviced twice weekly. The gardener visits once a week. There are sun loungers with a parasol, and a table with sun shade and chairs. In the shade there is a comfy sofa to relax on. There is an outside shower and a small refrigerator for drinks.
Coast/Beach
Under 10 mins drive is Cala Mesquida which has a large sandy beach with beautiful clear blue water.
Es Grau, approx. 15 mins drive, is a large 'U' shaped inlet with very shallow water and sandy beach making it ideal for small children. It is also possible to hire boats here in the summer months. There are extensive walking tracks in the area of Es Grau, which is a nature reserve.
There are many other beaches on the island within a short driving distance.
Golf
There is a golf course about 30 mins drive.
How to get there
Mahon airport is 15 minutes by car.
Car hire is essential and we recommend you make your own arrangements before your visit so that you can be met at the airport. Off road car parking is at the front of the villa.
Ferries from mainline Spain arrive in the port of Mahon, 10 mins drive.
Booking notes
An initial payment of 25% (non refundable) is required at the time of booking. The balance is due for payment not less than 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
