Changeover day
Reservations are Friday to Friday only during the main season of May to October, other outside season dates are flexable. Arrivals after 2.00pm Departues by 10.00am. We have a luggage room facility for early arrivals & late departures.

The property is ideal for children of all ages.
Accessibility
We have a wheelchair access from our front Villa entrance, once at the pool terrace level the whole of the Villa property is on one level.
Outside
The Dolphin designer shaped pool is surrounded by palm trees as is the BBQ area. There is ample sunbathing areas at the property with sunbeds, parasols and tables & chairs for outside living.
Coast/Beach
Villa Royale is on the South East coast. The beach is about a 4 min walk.
Golf
Nearest Golf course is about 40mins on the north east coast.
Travel
Mahon/Menoca airport is about a 15 mins drive from Villa Royale. A car is not essential although for guests staying two weeks it is worthwhile considering a weeks rental to visit the many places of interest.
Distances
Local Resort "Punta Prima" beach, shops, restaurants/bars, chemist- 4 mins walk. Nearest town is San Lluis 10 mins. The capital Mahon is 15 mins. Other beaches and restaurants are within 10 mins.
Booking notes
Reservations are by e mail or phone, once received we forward our brochure and booking form/invoice & T&C. All reservations conform to local rental laws and are rented under, "The Law of Urban Rents 29/1994 of the 24th November". As soon as your 25% deposit cheque is received and banked your reservation is confirmed, final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
