We don't add extra cost for more occupants. Normally check in runs Sunday to Sunday but this is not fixed, so please ask to help your flight times.

Notes on accommodation
Romantic couples or young families of four will find this a blissful spot. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, bedding and furniture is new and tastefully selected. its a compact apartment but stylish.
The club has been designed with great taste, mature plantation all around and friendly staff at the beach bar.

Accessibility
Access from adjacent parking is two steps down then two steps up. Choice of swimming pools with easy access for those with poor mobility 10 steps up or 14 steps down
handrail access throughout including into the sea.
Outside
The Anchorage remains a special environment, discreet and secure. The club layout is essentially three half moon crescents cut back in from the shore...your apartment is on the second line. Each has its own garden and swimming pool area, but you can try them all. The architect was trying to match Portmeirion in North Wales with Port Grimaud in the South of France, we think he did a good job.
The raised beach at the front of the club is great for sunbathing with a wonderful view of the island - a twenty minute slow swim each way, and there are steps into the water.
Coast/Beach
The beach is four gentle minutes walk - door to edge.
Golf
Two 18 hole courses within five minute drive, four more within 15 minutes - all to high standard and well maintained.
Travel
Directions from the airport (20 mins) - head south towards Palma and get on to the Via Centuro (their M25), which heads in an anti clockwise route around the north of Palma. Follow all signs for Andratx until you pick up the Bendinat/Illetas sign. Head onto a slower road through tunnel to roundabout, go straight over, past the Lindner hotel on your left and a shopping mall on your right, proceed one mile until you see the sea, turn sharp right into a one way street, the club is on the right.

Palma 15 mins, airport 20 mins, local supermarkets 5 mins, big markets 10 mins.
Further details
Restaurant and bar is run by Sacha who is very helpful, speaks a zillion languages, and is becoming better at cooking. Don’t expect Gordon Ramsay but stick to simple Mediterranean dishes and be pleasantly surprised. He will only run a tab for you if you deposit some cash in advance and don’t want to carry cash around all day.
Arash car hire are our favourites, they will deliver to and collect from the apartment, and have automatic cars. Contact us for details.
Eroski supermarket is the closest big one and has surprisingly good fresh fish, meat and cheese counters. It is too far to walk so get a taxi, it’s opposite the Lindner hotel on the way to Portal Nous. Alternately there are smaller supermarkets within walking distance on the road into Illetas. Walk past the guards at the front entrance to the club and keep going along the coast road, there are several along the way. There is also a hip beach restaurant called Las Terrazas. You have to book but they always mess up your reservation, so just point at the first name on their booking sheet and pretend it’s you. Fun at night. Beyond that is a place that looks like a nightclub called Virtual, that’s because part of it is, but the setting and the restaurant part are fab.

Nice places to see - Cuevas del Draque on the east coast, touristy but fascinating and perfect for a very rare rainy day. Soller. Charming village in the mountains, go by tram for the most excitement. Formentor, the far north east of the island, wonderful views, magnificent sweeping bay, timeless Deia, magical setting, once home to Robert Graves, try la Residencia for that one over the top, hedonistic dinner you always promised yourself before you go home...
