The villa has sea views from the rooftop sunbathing area, poolside terrace ,dining terrace and from the internal dining area. The villa will sleep a maximum of 6 adults. Fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob and microwave. Other amenities include a private pool, dining terrace, Gas BBQ, washing machine, travel cot, and highchair. Internally refurbished May 2010.

Accessibility
It is a single storey villa with just 2 steps internally, however there are quite a few steps to negotiate around the villa.
Outside
Lovely garden with many flowering shrubs. Garden to rear with washing line. Large patio dining area and shaded patio at the front of the villa overlooking the pool. BBQ and sun loungers. Pool is kidney shaped 9m x 4m with steps at one end. Roof top sunbathing area with shade from the pine tree if required!
Coast/Beach
Only 2 mins walk to the sea and 7 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach which is ideal for young children. Beach bar and facilities.
Golf
Golf at Son Parc which is approx 30 mins drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is 15/20 mins by car. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
Binibeca Vell is a traditional fishing village which is a pleasant 20 minute walk. More restaurants and supermarkets are here.
Further details
Within 2 minutes walk there are restaurants, bars, bakery and supermarket.
Diving school located at the jetty- 5 mins walk. There are many walks and bicycle routes all over the island accessible from here.

£175 per week deposit required with final payment 5 weeks before departure. £100 damage deposit-returnable. Keys and directions sent 2 weeks before departure.

What a lovely position the villa is in and Binibeca Nou charming.
We had a wonderful time- lovely views from the roof.
We had a great time in Menorca and enjoyed our stay in the villa. Our 2 girls spent ages in the pool, as you can imagine.

My husband and I bought the property in 1998 and we have been holidaying there every year since with our 2 children. They are teenagers now and still love to go-there is something for everyone!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The location is ideal being only 20 minutes from the airport and once in Binibeca Nou, only 7 mins from the beach which has a beach which is safe and sandy as well as a infamous beach bar and toilet facilities.
Unique benefits of the property
Even better it is only 2 mins to the local restaurants and bars of Cala Torret. Great sea views too!
