Both enjoy the best view of the Bay of Pollensa and are situated in the best part of the Pinewalk, no noise from nearby restaurants or bars. Approx 200 walking meters to the main promenade with shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking. View of mountains behind the house.

Coast/Beach
The Bay of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful bays on the northern coast of Mallorca. The apartments are situated directly on the beach walkway, commonly known to the British as Pinewalk. The views of the Bay with its many little boats and the mountains beyond are breathtaking. Sunsets are quite unique here.
Golf
5 km to Pollensa Golf course (9 holes) and approx 15km to Alcanada Golf course (18 holes and said to be the best on the Island since the Porsche family took it over).
Special interest holidays
Great for mountain hikes and bike excursions.
Travel
With the extended autopista it now only takes approx 40 mins to the airport and Palma by car, approx. 55 km away. If you only want to stay in Puerto Pollensa a hire car is not necessary. For exploring the other beautiful beaches nearby or other island parts, a hire car is recommendable.
Distances
Puerto Pollensa is 5km away from Pollensa and 5km from Alcudia town and 5km from Cala San Vincens. Cabo Formentor is approx 17km away along a breathtaking winding road.

Water-skiing, windsurfing, kite-sailing, diving, horse riding, motor boat and sailing yachts for hire and sailing lessons available. Plenty of shops, good restaurants, bars, discotheque, supermarkets and banks and evening entertainment on the promenade. Music festival in August in Pollensa and jazz festival in Sa Pobla.
