Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with bunk beds (suitable only for children).
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath and shower over, wc and hand basin.
The main bathroom with shower, wc and vanity suite.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with free standing cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, and all crockery and utensils.
Utility Room: To the side of the villa is a small utility area with washing machine and drying space.
Living Rooms: The lounge/diner is open plan with 2 large sofas, dining table with 6 chairs. There is a TV which receives English freeview channels (ITV, BBC etc) and a DVD player.
Other: From the lounge there is a large patio area, with brick built barbecue and outside dining facilities.

All towels and linen are included and changed weekly. The property is cleaned for your arrival.

Outside
From the patio area there are 2 steps down to the private pool and sun terrace. Set in secluded area, the private pool measures 8m x 4m wide with Roman steps into the shallow end descending to a depth of 1.75 metres (just under 6 foot). There are also ample sunbeds and terrace furniture.

Coast/Beach
Calan Porter is set in the heart of the south coast of this popular and historic island. The beach can only be accessed from the village centre, by road or steps.

Golf
The nearest and only golf course is Son Parc which is about a 25 min drive.

Travel
The airport and capital of Mahon is about 10kms from the village and is approx 10/15 mins drive. Car hire is not essential due to the location of this villa as all amenities are close by and there is a train that will take you from various points around the village including down to the beach.

Distances
If you choose to hire a car, there are a number of places of interest and should be explored if making your first visit to the island.
