This lovely property consists of 2 independent houses (a 3 bed/3 bath and a 2 bed/2 bath, each with lounge and kitchen), a large garden fully enclosed with lots of mature trees, palms and lawn and a large pool in peaceful countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa. The main lounge has a large screen TV, satellite and DVD and opens to the garden and terrace. Main kitchen opens onto the BBQ area. The smaller house has a private terrace and has been structured for wheelchair use with wider doors and ramps. The ceilings are high and beamed and the furniture is solid teak. The garden is spacious and mature giving welcome shade while the pool is always in the sun and has a large paved area, table and 10 sun loungers. All is completely enclosed and private, set on a quiet and recently repaved road good for cycling. There is a horse ranch a 5 minute walk away. It is a 5 minute drive into Pollensa with it's great dining or to the many beautiful beaches. WIFI internet connection.

Notes on accommodation
The property is completely enclosed. The ceilings are high with wood rafters. Everything is on one level so no dealing with stairs, just comfortable open plan living with lots of windows and glass doors to let in the light and bring the beautiful outdoors in.
Accessibility
The property is suitable for wheelchair access. An easy and comfortable holiday with no stairs!
Outside
The houses are set on a plot of about 3000m2 of mature garden featuring huge palms and mature trees to provide shade, and big grassy areas to play on. The large pool, 4.5x12.5m, is surrounded by a spacious stone paved deck with sunloungers. The 2 houses are connected by stone paving and both have a covered terrace. There is a constructed BBQ and outside eating area and a small roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
The property is in the countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa, about 4km from each. There are several lovely beaches in the area, Puerto Pollensa, Cala Vincente, Formentor and Alcudia, spectacular combinations of sandy beaches, turquoise crystalline waters and beautiful countryside against a backdrop of stunning mountain scenery. As more and more people are discovering, Pollensa in Majorca is a delightfully unspoilt haven enticing families and couples to return year after year.
Golf
It is about 4km to Pollensa's 9 hole golf course and a 10 min drive to the stunning new golf course at Alcanada.
Special interest holidays
Bicycles can be rented in town, it is a lovely quiet area to ride in. In fact the whole island is a favorite with cyclists.
Travel
The Palma airport is 60km away, a 35 min drive.
Distances
The property is in a flat easy biking area and bikes can be rented in both the Port and village. There is a small horse riding centre a few hundred meters down the road.
Further details
Pollensa town is full of wonderful restaurants, shops and historic sites. It has a particularly wonderful atmosphere on summer evenings when everyone is out enjoying the late sunsets, children of all nationalities run and play together in the plaza and the old folk sit and gossip on the benches.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The rest is to be paid one month before arrival, or you can opt to pay in Euro cash on arrival.

Sonya is a New Zealander, married to an Italian restaurateur. They have a restaurant in the old town of Pollensa and have lived locally for 14 years.
Unique benefits of the property
This is a wonderful holiday home because it can be shared between 2 families allowing all to have both a great time together and also their own space, while sharing the cost makes it affordable. It has a wonderful mature garden and is fully enclosed so no worries about little ones running off. Every year we work at upgrading the property, every year it gets better! This year we have stone clad all the buildings, added a table tennis table for guest's use and renovated the tool shed into a childrens' play house.
