Notes on accommodation
This villa has air-conditioning to all three bedrooms. Forget those hot humid nights and sleep in comfort.
Outside
From the patio area off the lounge there are steps down to the private pool and sun terrace. Set in mature and secluded garden there is ample sunbathing area with 6 sunbeds. The pool measures 8 metres long by 4 metres wide with roman steps into the shallow end descending to a depth of 1.85m (6ft).
Coast/Beach
The bay of Cala en Porter is one of the most popular on this beautiful island and can only be reached from the village centre by road or steps.
Golf
The nearest golf course is located at Son Parc about a 25 minute drive.
Travel
The airport of Mahon is about 10 kms from the village and the capital is about 12 kms. Car hire is not essential due to the location of this villa as all amenties are close by.
Distances
If you do choose to hire a car there are a number of places of interest and should be explored if making your first visit to this beautiful island.
