The lounge, dining and American style kitchen-breakfast room share one open space. Doors and windows fully open so that guests can enjoy the stunning views from three aspects. This is a wonderful sociable arrangement for family and friends to enjoy.
The villa benefits from a larger than average (10m x 5 metre) Private Heated Swimming Pool with pool heating for low season. Outside the villa there is a private parking area (max 4 vehicles). Pool Heating is very unusual in the Port.
Towels and bed linen are changed weekly and cleaning. Our housekeeper is also on hand to offer advice or help to our guests. We can also arrange taxi transfers on request, fare being payable to Driver.

The property has a ground floor bedroom but is not suitable for wheelchairs.
The villa benefits from a beautiful sunny, but private pool side terrace with under cover shaded area for alfresco dining with BBQ. The private Heated pool is secluded and larger than average (10x5 metres) easy access via roman steps. Pool heating is most unusual for properties in mallorca and our guests really appreciate this added benefit outside of high season. The villa house is situated centrally within a large plot with established pretty gardens, grassy areas with pine, olive trees and grape vines. There is another sun terrace at the rear of the property. The views of the bay and surrounding mountains are beautiful from all aspects. There is also an additional sun terrace leading off from the master bedroom upstairs. Sun beds and sun shades/bases are provided and tables/chairs.
Important notes on accommodation
The bedrooms have air-conditioning and comfort heating.
We can provide a cot if requested. The villa is really beautiful and and very well equipped, we have many returning guests of all ages who love the villa and the peaceful location being away from all the noise of town yet within easy walking distance of the bay, beaches and all amenities.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. In addition to the rent there is a £100 deposit for breakages, which is refundable following Property inspection/Key return. The property now has pool heating for out of season/low season rentals. Pool heating is provided at an additional cost of £10 per day.
Saturday is the preferred changeover day.
Booking is by post with deposit cheque of 30% and payment in full approximately 6 weeks before departure.

About the area
The bay is only a 3 minute walk away. The golden beach nestled in the centre of the bay is lovely for families with children to enjoy, surrounded by mountains. There are plenty of sun-beds with sun shades for hire and plenty of beach activities on offer including volley ball.
2 golf courses are within 15 minutes drive of the Port.

How to get there
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa. Palma has ferries to mainland and Ibiza and Alcudia has ferries to Menorca. A car is not essential to holiday at the villa and we can arrange airport transfers for our guests if required.
10 minutes from the Port are the Roman historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa.
The port has many fine restaurants and most sports particularly of a boating nature. Many fine walks are to be found starting from the Pollensa area. The whole area is full of historic structures.

Villa was fantastic, great position for my mum to walk into Pollensa Port and no winding country lanes to navigate! Everything needed was there, so nice to have a well equipped villa. About the Owner
My husband and I live in the UK with our four daughters aged between 19 and 25. We all love our second home in Mallorca and endeavour to spend as much time there as possible.

Why this location?
My husband and I were invited to Mallorca for a long weekend break in 2004 and fell in love with Puerto Pollensa with it's long golden beach, surrounding mountains and areas of natural beauty so we set out to find our perfect holiday retreat. As a family we thoroughly enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and many activities on offer close by, swimming, diving, snorkelling, mountain walking. In addition, many of our customers enjoy the nearby golf courses, cycling, renting a sail or motor boat for the day, wind-surfing etc. It's wonderful to return to the villa after a day out or just spend days at home, relaxing on the terrace with a good book and enjoying our private secluded pool.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
Villa Tomir is conveniently located for those who enjoy a little privacy, being away from the buzz and noise of town, yet a short walk away from the nearest restaurant, shop and beach. A two minute walk brings you to the seafront to enjoy the promenade and the many varied bars and restaurants on offer as you make your way towards the Marina. We find however that it is even more pleasant to spend the evening dining alfresco on our sheltered terrace, watching the changing light over the beautiful bay and mountains as the sun goes down.
