Special occasions catered for (Christmas, Anniversaries, Valentine's Day etc). Maid included for 6 hours per week (twice a week for 3 hours). Gardener / Pool Cleaning, linen and towels included.

Saturday preferred, although flexible.

All towels and linen included in the rental. The maid cleans for 6 hours per week as standard, but more hours are available at the renters expense. Linen changed weekly. Babysitting and outside catering can be arranged - advance notice required. |

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning to all bedrooms and kitchen. This property has been fully renovated and refurbished Winter 2006/07, with further improvements during Spring 2010.
Accessibility
3 of the 4 bedrooms are at road level, meaning it is easy for wheelchair access into the house. However, the kitchen and living areas are downstairs. Please speak with the owner directly if further information is required.
Outside
A mature garden surrounds the villa, giving privacy and quiet. A gardener visits 3 times weekly to maintain the plants and pool. Large south facing terraces on two levels: upper level includes barbeque area, 2 teak seating areas and sun loungers; lower level includes large private swimming pool, sun loungers. Parasols on both levels offer extra shade. The house is extremely secure.
Coast/Beach
Camp de Mar beach is 5km drive; San Telmo beach is 8km drive across the valley - very scenic and beautiful drive. Puerto Andratx area has a stunning coast line which is perfect for swimming from or anchoring the boat. The water is clean and the visibility excellent
Golf
Puerto Andratx is 5km from Camp de Mar golf course and 15km from Santa Ponsa golf course. Both are kept to a very high standard and are challenging courses.
Special interest holidays
We can help with contact telephone numbers for English speaking babysitters and outside caterers. We can also recommend an excellent local Mallorquin paella chef who prepares and cooks the paella at the villa - it makes for a great day in the privacy of the villa.
Travel
Palma airport is a 35 – 40 min drive from Puerto Andratx either on the via cintura bypass or through the city of Palma. A car hire is recommended so you are able to explore at your leisure.
Distances
Andratx town is 3km (excellent for the Wednesday markets), artisanal villages a further 1km (S'Arraco is particularly pretty). 20km from Deia.
Further details
Tennis, horse riding, scuba diving, sailing and most other water sports and local market shopping are closeby. The port is well known for its excellent bars and restaurants.
