This large 3 bedroom villa with own private pool includes outdoor bar plus brick built barbecue and good views. In addition to the bedrooms there is a small quiet room off the lounge ideal for babies.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Fridays. The villa should be ready for your arrival not before 2 pm and normal vacation time is 10am, however the villa managers will always be flexible where possible.

Outside
Outside there is a large terrace with a purpose built bar area and a brick built barbecue. The private pool measures 8 x 4 metres with steps in. There are ample sun lounges and terrace furniture to accommodate 6/8 people.

Coast/Beach
Although overlooking the bay and beach they can only be accessed by road or steps down from the village centre. The villa is a good 5 mins walk to village centre along the coast road.

Travel
Mahon is the only airport on Menorca and Cala'n Porter is a 10 - 15 mins drive away. Taxis are available costing about 20- 25 euros.

Distances
Cala'n Porter is located at the heart of the south coast of the island and is 15 Kms from the capital Mahon, passing through one small village called San Climent.

Further details
Cala'n Porter by Menorcan standards is the liveliest on the island. It has a number of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. Entertainment can be found nightly in the village.
