Deia Dream House is also available for retreats for 10-12 people at certain times of the year on request.
Owners house next door also available. Extra cottage is available for 500 euros for the week.
Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day, with departures before 12noon & arrivals after 3pm.
An hourly rate will be applied for late arrivals, unless notified in advance of delays or change of arrival time.
*Arrivals later than 6pm will be charged an extra fee!

A private swimming pool, that can happily fit six people with stunning views of the mountains and valley down to the sea. 2nd large swimming pool on property with stunning views at an extra cost, if available.
Coast/Beach
Perhaps the most magical village in Mallorca, Deia sits under the peaks of the Teix Mountain with amazing views of the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. 5 minutes drive down to the beach- Cala Deia, or a 40 minute walk down the mountain.
Travel
Deia is set in the spectacular mountainous north west corner of Mallorca, 40 minutes drive from Palma airport. Car hire is recommended to explore the area.
Distances
5 minutes drive to village, 20 minutes drive to the beautiful valley of Soller, with the Soller market town and picturesque Port.
Further details
Famous as a writers and artists community, Deia is also vibrant at night with live music from its various bars and high quality restaurants.The poet Robert Graves lived here. Deia has a good bakery and supermarket, two banks and a post office. The recently opened Robert Graves Museum is well worth a visit. There are two excellent fish restaurants at the Deia Beach (the Cala).
Booking notes
Minimum 7 days booking. 50% Deposit required on booking. This will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the rental date. Outside this period half will be refunded. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A fully refundable 500€ deposit will be required against breakages and damage.
