This pretty, well maintained and furnished villa has a stunning location looking out to sea, set in attractive communal gardens with a large shared swimming pool which is fenced off with entrance by keycard only for security and safety for children. There is also a small kiddies' pool beside it and neither pools are open to the general public.
The Garden Village is about ten minutes walk from the popular sandy beach of Binibeca with its beach bar and restaurant and there are sun loungers and parasols to rent. About ten minutes' walk in the opposite direction, is the picturesque "fishing village" of Binibeca Vell set round a small cove with several shops and restaurants.
Binibeca is located about fifteen minutes drive to Mahon and the harbour there is well worth the visit to see the boats whilst sitting in one of the many restuarants and bars which line the harbour.

Outside
The villa is set in pretty communal gardens and the terrace overlooking the sea has sun loungers, table and chairs. The shared pool is a good size and is fenced off with key access and has a separate kiddies pool beside it.
Coast/Beach
Binibeca Beach is approximately 5/10 minutes' walk and has a bar/restaurant serving food all day. Sun lounger, pedalo and parasol hire available.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 20 minutes by car. It is not necessary to hire a car for this villa but we recommend one to see the rest of the island.
Distances
10 minutes' drive to the nearest town of San Luis, 15 minutes to Mahon and Mahon Airport.
Further details
Close to the villa there is a supermarket, two restaurants and a gift shop. Within a few minutes' walk in one direction is the picturesque Fishing Village of Binibeca Vell and in the other direction, five/ten minutes' walk, is the popular sandy beach. Further on from here, is the small cove of Torret with more restaurants and shops.
