Dating from 14th century the property has been carefully restored respecting the original lines and structure. Suitable for rustic/nature loving people looking for the out of the ordinary location.

Outside
Situated in the hills above the Valldemossa/Deia coast road the property is reached by a paved ¨camino¨ narrow road which winds its way up through an ancient olive grove. The main entrance is through the courtyard which leads to main reception hall and another entrance to the original mallorquine kitchen with inglenook fireplace. A private infinity 9 x 3 meter swimming pool is located to one side of the main terrace, ideal for sun lounging, breakfast or sunset drinks to the sound of sheep bells ringing from the terraced hill side. The arched pergola terrace located at a slightly lower level with BBQ, perfect for lunches in the shade or dinners with seating for 8-10 people. Because the house is located quite high up is not very suitable for very young or unsupervised children.

Coast/Beach
10 - 15 minute drive to Cala of Deia a rocky cove with 2 restaurants.

Travel
About 40 - 45 minutes from Palma airport. Car hire is essential.

Further details
The village of Deia has many restaurants and bars and one can shop for groceries at the local bakery/mini supermarket or estanco. The big supermarket is a 30 minute drive just on the outskirts of Palma.
