Outside
Garden with rockeries & fruit trees, swimming pool 10m x 5m with slide for children, private terrace with shower room & toilet. Swimming pool shared with a retired couple who live in the villa and very rarely use this facility. The owners will respect the privacy of guests.
Coast/Beach
Cottage located halfway between San Jordi & Ibiza Airport. Beaches of Las Salinas, Es Cavallets & Playa den Bossa are a short drive away ( 10 minutes) The old town of Ibiza, well worthy of a visit, can be seen from the grounds.
Travel
Due to the location we would recommend the use of a hire car.
Distances
San Jordi village is approx. 1 km away, with a typical white-washed church & village square. The village is well equiped with amenities, various spanish bars and restaurants, a small but well stocked supermarket, post office, bakers and banks.
Also a new gymnasium.
Further details
Windsurfing, jetskis, paragliding from a boat available on Playa den Bossa, also boat trips to Formentera, Ibiza Town & other parts of the island. There is also a waterpark, Aguamar, at Playa den Bossa.
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 pounds (non-returnable) per week.booking secured when deposit received. balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 4 weeks require payment in full at the time of booking. Price includes travel from and to Ibiza airport,
A welcome pack of groceries, and for those who require a hire car, transport to a local car hire firm.
