The villa is built in local stone and has a rustic character but contains all modern conveniences. The large expansive terrace has room for outside dining with plenty of furniture and an outside kitchen with built in BBQ,oven. The terrace contains a private pool surrounded by loungers for sun-bathing. Inside the house there is a comfortable lounge with large fireplace and a light and airy dining room. There are 3 double bedrooms one en suite and a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen is spacious fully equipped and has all modern conveniences. This is a beautiful villa set in perfect surroundings to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Fornalutx is 5 minutes away by car and provides restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket/delicatessen. A 15 minute drive gets you to the beaches of Soller.

Changeover day
Change over is usually Saturday to co-ordinate with following bookings. Access to house after 3pm check out at 10am

Notes on accommodation
This house is comfortably furnished with scenic views from every window. Also suitable for walking holidays.
Outside
The terrace measures 100sq.m and is paved with stone, surrounded by olive and carob trees. There are also shrubs and flowers scattered around the garden creating an ideal setting for outside dining or lounging around the pool. The property is surrounded by stone walls and secure fences with a main gate at the end of the drive and room for plenty of parking. The outside kitchen/BBQ is roofed and the patio has sun shade and 6 loungers.
Coast/Beach
The coast line is one of the best and prettiest in Mallorca, within a ten minute drive you can be at the picturesque fishing village of Port de Soller. It has two sandy beaches at either end of the bay. The Repic is the quieter of the two and is also in the pedestrianised area. All the water front in the Port of soller is now pedestrianized.
Twenty minutes to the rocky coves of Deia with crystal clear water and local restaurants. Dee water swimming and great for snorkling.
Travel
30 minutes to Palma airport. Car hire is essential. There are local bus services between local villages as well as a train to Palma from Soller. The port of Soller has a tram service along the coast to Soller.
Distances
15 or 20 minutes walk to the village of Fornalutx where most amenities can be found, with good restaurants, bars and a supermarket, medical centre and chemist.
Further details
There are several sharp bends on the mountain road that access the villa and the surface is rough in a few patches,so a car that is high off the ground underneath is recommended. The initial ascent of the road is steep. The villa is in a glorious setting, but the drive up is no recommended for nervious drivers
