Changeover day
Friday/Friday are the arrival/departure days and holiday makers are expected to vacate the apartment by 10.00 on their final day.

Balconies overlook well maintained, spacious gardens. External furniture (table and chairs) are provide and guests have the use of 3 nearby swimming pools.
Coast/Beach
The beach is about 300m away. Access is gained by foot, about a 10min stroll around a marsh/bird sanctuary area, or by car. A large car park is right alongside the beach.
Golf
18 hole golf course about 7/8 miles away at Son Parc.
Travel
The airport is about 20 mins away and although car hire is not essential,it is recommended and can be arranged if required. A ready supply of Taxis are always available at the airport. There is also a regular bus service, with the time table shown at the local supermarket and at the bus stops.
Distances
The capital MAHON is about 25 mins away, and a must for holidaymakers. The port area and harbour are spectacular. ALAYOR the nearest town, is about 3 miles away. The old capital CIUDADELA is on the west coast and has a charm of its own. FORNELLS on the north coast caters for watersports, and the island Golf course is at nearby Son Parc.
Booking notes
Having agreed dates, a £100 deposit is required. The balance payment becomes due 9 weeks before the holiday commences. Any bookings within 9 weeks of the holiday start have to be paid in full.
